It is 001 613 944 4000 and the extension is 1-2-1-2-0 If I'm not mistaken. If you do not have the client Id no you should wait until you are asked for that 3 times, then you will reach an agent to whom you can tell about your problem.

You have waited very long and I assume you haven't received the PER too?
If so, write to them using an online form:
If your application passes the completeness Check, then possibly you will be receiving your File# as their response.

Hi, Coffee have you made an enquiry to Moscow VO during the time your application there,if yes please what answer you have got. I am interested as i am Moscow VO applicant and it is already 4 months and i have not heard anything from them after getting my PER from CIO.

It must be like other government offices; 9-17 Ottawa time,Mon-Fri. I believe you may call them now or maybe an hour later.

hi, yes I did. however I did not hear anything from them yet. my inquiry was on change of mailing address that I asked to change in my prior mail.

I haven't heard anything from moscow vo too, and also could not find anyone in other russian forums who heard anything. I think we are in the group of certain silent offices like buffalo, kingston and some other.

Hi my friend,

When you filled your application, you send it to CIC. The check your app pkg and verify if it is "COMPLETED".

Stage-1: Completeness Check (typically in 2-3 working days from the day it received)
Stage-2: If found OK & Completed, it goes for the Payment encashment (typically within 10-15 days). If not, they will return your application.
Stage-3: Application goes for the Eligibility Test. If it found eligible, they will send you PER (Positive Eligibility Review) ack (typically in 25-30 days) -> by email
Stage-4: After PER, they will send the application to the local Visa Office for further processing. Once it goes to RBVO (Received by VO) status, you will receive the AOR (Ack of receipt) -> Typically in 2 - 4 weeks (through Regular Mail)....

Stage-5 & onwards... will discuss later after AOR

Our PPR and doc request was received by CHC Delhi on 29-March-2011 but our bank drafts are still not en-cashed. Is that a reason to be worried.

I got my 2nd AOR .. ND Visa office send the letter on 22nd of March ant it took almost a month to reach me ( i received today).. I live in Canada..please update my status ..thanks ( Dec 8th 2010 is my Payment receipt date)

Dear Akrum66,

It does not make any difference whether one is residing inside UK or outside UK, as London visa office does not send 2nd AOR and goes directly to MR. hope this helps...

I think u should not worry ..coz Rohan09 s docs were submitted on 24th of march and DD got encashed on 15th april ...
Which means it took more than 22 days for him ..so i guess urs too should get encashed in a couple of days...
