Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

hello everyone, hi anil, seniors..

In my eCAS status, im just wondering how come they say that they sent a letter to our address and then I haven't received anything from the mail? Was the email I received on that date the one they are referring to?


And another question, how come info about application processing times Post June 26 applicants is not available/seen on CIC website... how do we know how long its supposed to be?

well, I'm obviously one of the Buffalo applicants who's beginning to wonder what is going on..

ALIYAH; until each visa office has processed a minimum number of visas they will not be able to determine the length of time the post 26/6 applications will take. I think everyone would love to know how far the goal posts are set.

Haven't you succeded in keeping them busy???.......That's precisely why they are taking time in your case.........Mine was surely less than 100 pages ........

Yeah 869 pages of documents sent. 5 passports(all pages) PA, 2 passports SPOUSE, 2 passports each for 2 kids, (that makes it 396 pages for passport only). Rest are all company documents for last ten years. Want to keep VO busy

you're right.. it's just frustrating to see most of us getting stuck somewhere..
I was just thinking maybe they should have had a time table or something for us to look forward to..

You know what? I think they do this magic act with the addresses just to make us 'think' they are working on our applications. Ecas is the carrot and we are the donkeys.

At least u have a change !! I haven't had address in my e-case .... either now ....

My e-cas shows 'Received by visa office'.

My eCAS says "we are not able to identify you ....". Has been like this around time when I received my medical letter [about 1 week ago]. Strange..???

buffalo applicants, my ecas shows"in process" from the beginning till now, always "in process", never show "application received" "eligibility review complete" etc.
click underline it shows:
We received your application for permanent residence on November 14, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 22, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February 22, 2011

review by cio and review by vo the same day.

buffalo applicants, is there anybody in the same situation as me?

You would be glad to know..Im in the same boat as you...

Same e cas status.

It changed couple days after PER from application recieved to process and in details it said we recieved your application on DEC 7
we reviewed and send letter on 3rd March and blah blah .

couple weeks later..1 more line added..

We reviewed your application and is in process on March 3....

So no change in PER date and process date.

And yes Visa office is buffalo....

Well looking at the current scenario, I'm going in hibernation...don't look like anything happening till fall at buffalo

Ill relax and enjoy the Vancouver summer and see what surprises buffalo brings in fall.

To all MR waiting ND VO applicants,

I was thinking as to why some of the applicants who got 2nd AOR long back have not received MR requests (and also not 'In process')......One point that I can think of is any situation that can create a doubt in the mind of the VO.......May be genuineness of the submitted documents and claims made in the application etc.......Well in my case - I got married 3 months before the application date and that may create a doubt in the mind of the VO (showing a fake marriage to claim points) - but in fact my score crosses 67 points even if I don't count points for my spouse's qualifications........Other than that my application is as straight as a die........

I am sure there will be something that holds them back while assessing our applications.........Any confessions?? .........You can say 'Not me but my friend did.........'
