Country of origin and birth is Serbia.
I paid with CC, not BD.
E00-first 3 digits.
E-CAS shows CIO completed review.
Destination-Toronto.
Please update.
Thanks!

Today my old address re-appear in ecas (it wasn't not there for a while). I already send the request twice, but it looks like they haven't updated this new information yet. But something is happening with Buffalo VO. Ecas status remains same RBVO.

Same situation like Wayne.

Address is back too :))

Sadly, still no news. In your earlier post you discussed the file starting with E and B scenario. I am virtually at the cusp of this change. I got a B and one or two guys after me started getting the E. But i have seen form ND VO that guys who got the E number from CIO with their PER are now getting a B number again with their 2nd AOR. This kind of contradicts your theory, isnt it? Any comments?
My file # has never changed. PER file # as well as 2nd AOR fille #, bothe begins with "E". Both the file #s are exactly the same. ::)

buffalo applicants, my ecas shows"in process" from the beginning till now, always "in process", never show "application received" "eligibility review complete" etc.
click underline it shows:
We received your application for permanent residence on November 14, 2010.

I agree with you Thalia. I think getting a PER puts you 70% through. The VOs focus more on background checks and medicals; of course that said, they also carry out employment checks on random applicants.

This is of course, all supposition; no one really knows exactly whats going on.

Wendy dear.. sent u a pm :)
