I need to check when I get home, but as far as i remember there is an expiration date on it...but I am not sure...

I will let you know! I wish that was the case! Both me and my family members overseas are sick of gathering documents so it would be great if we could avoid it :)

Could you tell if there is an expiration date mentioned on your FBI certificate as there is no expiration date mentioned on mine and if I look at the scanned copy of my FBI certificate I wonder why it says "UNAUTHORIZED COPY" at the back ground that I am not able to see if I look at the physical FBI certificate. :-\

There is no expiration date mentioned on mine, maybe because I am not in the US anymore. The words are almost invisible on the original and clearly visible on the photocopies and scanned copies. And this is obviously to differentiate the original (which actually looks like just a normal printout) from the copies. I was surprised too when I took the copies last week to keep for my records. I have to send the original as my VO asked for it along with RPRF and PP.

Thank God! I have received my medical request and I am required to provide some documents including evidence of Australian PR, the Right of Permanent Residence Fee and Police Clearance Certificates. But there is no passport request. Fingers crossed my police clearance certificates will be done before deadline.

Actually I am a little bit confused about requiring the evidence of Australian PR. I assumed anyone who lives in Australia more than one year can send their applications towards Sydney Visa Office regardless of temporary/permanent residency.

Is anyone requested to provide the evidence of PR in the country of current residence? For example, if an Indian now lives in UK and his Visa office is London, would he or she be requested to provide the evidence of PR in UK?

Thanks.

CONGRATS Jalna. I hope soon you will get your maple leaf seal as 2121 NOC category applicant.
Wish you all the best for rest of the process as another NOC 2121 applicant.
Did you provided PCC with your application ( I can't see any info on spreadsheet about your PCC)?
I noticed before ( one forum member in this thread posted..... forgot the VO though) that for applicants who provided their PCC with application to CIC, need to re-submit PCC only for the country they are residing ( >6 months) after they submitted their application. Am I right? ::). If that's teh case, I assume AUS PCC can be obtained in due time.
Cheers,

Thanks EnvioZA.
I only provided PCC in my country of birth not in Australia when I sent my files to CIO since I did not know how long the whole process of application would last. I have applied for PCC in Australia but it normally takes 30 working days, which is equal to around 42 days. And Easter holiday is coming, which will delay the process for a few days as well. Hopefully it would arrive within 50 days.
Wish you get your MR asap.

Dear Admins

Please change my ecas status to - Eligibility Review Completed as on 11/04/2011

Thanks

OK I see. So you don't need to submit the PCC which you submitted before ( Home country one). That's a releif otherwise it may create another hassle ( at least for me). I wish you will get your PCC in time.
Good luck to you.

Been away for a little while but glad to see that something great has happened. Congats Grasshopper. Hoping that others who have sent in their additional documents get the same message soon. Hoping that the other VO follow soon and the VOs that are asleep need to wake up and do something.

Hi kindly please update our spreadsheet, my status is IN PROCESS since March 21, 2011. Had my medical exam last April 8, 2011. Thank you so much

Hi,

AOE is a strange one. They supposedly get priority processing, but the processing itself takes longer since they have to validate the job offer against fraud and there seems to be a sizable amount of fraudulent job offers out there.

Although it is difficult to directly compare your timelines to ours since the pre-June-26 process is different.

Wayne.

Hi Wayne,
I was just referring to the time we have to wait ;)
I think I'm a pro in waiting, even when we are falling under the pre-June-26 process as of december 2010.... ;D

Kind regards,
Louise!

Very low activity on NDVO spreadsheet. Looks like NDVO's priority has changed and they started processing pre 26/6 applications.
