A sincere request to all the admins ..... ;D
Whenever you are modifying columns or rows / using filters (& such related things temporarily) to check a particular status .... PLEASE bring back the spreadsheet to its original format ..... It was very difficult to go through the tracker (via mobile) .... Now I am on my desktop ....... and found out that somebody left the tracker with "London" filter on........ ..............Thank you.

My current ecas stust is in process:

We received your application for permanent residence on November xx, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February xx, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on April xx 2011.

Now what ???

I have not even received 2aor letter apart from mail which i received on 17 Feb, which contains my file#....

any idea whats going on???

wouldnt it be a good idea to a email/put a ecas query and ask them what to do rather than just sending the PCC's blindly ??

in case they are ok, lets all of us send those to the VO else if they specifically say they dont want those unless they ask us to submit then lets wait..

I need advice from people who had to mail their FBI certificates to Buffalo VO!

So I was waiting for my file to reach Buffalo, which it did last week. Now I want to send them my FBI certificate that was the only one that I didn't include with my application. My question is if it is sufficient to write a cover letter including my info & file numbers and mail it to Buffalo.

Address that I've found is:

Canadian Consulate General
Immigration Regional Programme Centre
3000 HSBC Center
Buffalo, New York 14203-2884 U.S.A.

Can anyone confirm that this is the correct address?

I called the CIC number and they said since file is already trnfrd to Buffalo, we have to contact them for more details.

Well, the problem is that it is valid until May 15th It takes so long to get FBI certificate...by the time it reached me and by the time I mail it to them it will be close to its expiration date...

I think you have a valid point but I don't have anything to lose if I send it. I can only hope they might accept it. If they don't i have to go through the whole long process again...

if you see the pre june buffalo applicants thread they haveen been waiting for months (4-6 months) just to receive an AOR. most of them have spent close to a year+ with their files being at buffalo. Dont know if we will have the same fate or not but with the current trend it looks as if this is the case,

most the new delhi/manila vo applicants found out that the pcc is now valid for 6 months.. if that is the case then it will still be valid for 3 more months after 15 may(and hopefully we will get AOR/PCC request by then).. what do say?

I need to check when I get home, but as far as i remember there is an expiration date on it...but I am not sure...

I will let you know! I wish that was the case! Both me and my family members overseas are sick of gathering documents so it would be great if we could avoid it
