Dear Admin,

Just received letter for medical with forms today. Letter dated April 5, 2011.

Quick question: I was also asked to submit Police certificates. I have originals dated July 2010. Would these be still valid??

It's a concern for everyone. I was looking at a thread earlier today -- A guy who submitted his PP in Oct'10 got it back in Apr'11. So you can imagine.

They will keep on working as they have been working in the past and we will keep on discussing our concerns as we have been discussing in the past.

some people's passport were sent to VO for visa over 2 months and still no any answer, it is shame that people can not travel to anywhere during this time and even can not make any traveling plan. VO should tell people how long they can issue the visa when they receive the passport.

NDVO is unpredicatable, if you see that complete sheet you will find, out of 57 application Around 14 applicant received their visa in 40 or less days, other 15 applicant reveived there visa 70 or less days for other 14 applicant its took 70-100 days and other 12 applicant its took more than 100 days.

So it is very difficult to say anything on visa arrival date.

That is a real pain.... However do we have any statistics on rejected cases after passport were sent to VO and if so on what grounds were these applicants were rejected.

IMO...Case will be taken up on BFD..as lot of pending cases are there of pre 26/6 applicants..E cas status to- "Medicals Recieved" will happen only after BFD....AND ..E cas Status To "Decision Made" may happen day or two before u get PR
