Buffalo applicants.. do u know how to get State Police certificates. Just wondering how to get State police certificates in case thay ask for it ?

I never got one. But I hvae asked when I went to Police station for FBI PCC. It is same fingerprint card which is used for FBI PCC. So you need to follow same procedure but just mark for STATE PCC. I don't know where to send.

Yes. There are some applicants with AEO. Chk the spreadsheet and look for FSW2 in the NOC column. I'll Change you to FSW2.

hi,

i had applied fsw1 noc 0213 in 30 aug, 2009. but still i am waiting for medical request. Recently couple of days ago i made general enquiry in which they said my application is in queue for processing. In case is showing "In process". What should i do? Shall i go for case specific enquiry or CAIPS NOTES? which one I should go first? Mine is buffalo, ny to new york visa office transferred.

Hi

Last week i sent to my VO originals of documents that they asked for and today i noticed that my app status changed to: "In process":

"Your application was reviewed and we started processing on April 6, 2011."

I lost a month for getting from my employer new reference letter Luckily - seems like Warsaw is going really fast. Only a few days after they received my app, they asked for originals of some documents and now - they got the documents 5th April and they've started processing on 6th
Anyway please update me in immigration tracker.
Oh! And i've got a biiig promotion at work They know about my immigration plans and they gave me a promotion! Can you believe it?

Quick question: I was also asked to submit Police certificates. I have originals dated July 2010. Would these be still valid??

PCC must be originals, less than three months old on the date they are received by CIO/VO.

some people's passport were sent to VO for visa over 2 months and still no any answer, it is shame that people can not travel to anywhere during this time and even can not make any traveling plan. VO should tell people how long they can issue the visa when they receive the passport.

It is not neccessary for the e cas status to change before u receive ur visa....coz most of the pre june cases are such where they got the visa and then the status changed to decision made or it got changed a day or two before getting the visa ....(in any case it looks like they change the status only after mailing out the visas)....

Thanks and yes - there was a reason. The original of reference got lost before it was sent to CIO and my immigration consultant sent only a copy. They asked for original that i didn't have
