Manila applicants may be interested to learn that Nursemich got PPR today! :)

Since Manila don't ask for PPR with med requests (but rather when they are ready to issue the visa) should mean the first actual visas will be issued at Manila within the next few weeks!

Guys i know what she did is not correct. and its a very long story. today i just found that. so if any one can suggest me or u guys think will affect Canadian immigration. pls put your input.

Well my first question would be, why did she try to fraudulently apply for USA? It's a long time since we filled our forms in - I know you have to declare if you applied to Canada before, but I am unsure if you have to declare if you applied to another country before. If you don't have to declare it on the forms it is unlikely they would find out - but I am just guessing.

Hi! I mailed my application to CIO on January 21, 2011, and on March 21, 2011 I received a NER. I am interested in applying again but I really have to wait for my documents and processing fee refund. For those who have the same scenario, do you think I will get these back from them before June? Is it correct that the cut-off of 20,000 FSW applicants and 1,000 per eligible NOC will end on June? Any particular date/s? Your reply/ies is much appreciated.

Thanks a lot!

Sorry to hear about your NER. I would suggest you to immediately gather your doucments and send you file at an earliest. DO NOT WAIT FOR THE DOCUMENTS TO BE RETURNED BY CIC AS THEY WOULD NOT. I have several times in the past few days have given this information on the thread.

Do not lose heart. Do submit your file at an earliest as they are processing the files much faster now.

All the best.

Thanks

hi Wayne,
thanks for ur output.my another sister live in USA and she gave sponsor my younger sister. by this time my younger sister got married and had another passport. and her husband applied canada with that passport.they got their 1st and second aor. today from american embassy case officer came and they found out she is married. then they left and of course they will refuse the visa. but she applied Canada with different passport and all the information are correct there. so i thought there would be no problem at all. but now i m in tense.

Check this out - http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/fsw-post-june-26-2010-cio-manila-vo-applicants-here-t62550.3540.html.

Seems like 2 of Manila VO, post 25 June 2010, applicants have received their Passport Request - Gogocanada and Nursemich. Congratulations!

Cheers.

Well, that's great news for Manilla VO applicants & means that "overall" our post june immigration process shall be a fast one, atleast should take less than a year's time as previously stated by the immigration minister. I was worried it might take longer..
