SSA. Didn't notice your post .... about "In Process" thing. It was RBVO in both the trackers. Updated now..... Can you please come out with the 3rd line of the status.
Yes, logically (though VOs defy all logics... >:( :-[) at least MR should come by Regd. post, but somebody reported that they received it by normal post ..... :o

Cheers, Anil

It clearly showing that people are feeling difficulties in applying for immigration,therefore Canadians authorities should make changes and relaxations in their immigration process,at present it is simply impossible for a person to apply for immigration who is not having any relative in Canada.
Even a person having Master Degree,IELTS 7.0 SCORE,Experience of 20 years, even then he will need score 0f 5 points due to his relative for compliance of 67 marks.

Hey Indira .....
Don't worry. As far as my thinking goes (prediction... :P :P) ..... you and Bindu.allam should get MR in 2-3 days .... definitely in this week. As per the details of 'In Process', even amar12345 & ignu should have received by this time, but don't know .... :-X ...... A 99% sure thing - One has to have an In Process status for MR .... Add 10 working days to the date mentioned, one should get MR with in that time period...... 8) ;) 8)
Cheers, Anil

Everyday, i go home with a hope that a mail could have arrived, and waiting for me(AOR or MR), looks like i need to wait a bit more for that good news :-[

Thanks,

Indira Prabhakaran.

i have a big confusion. my ecas staus showing this today "We received your application for permanent residence on November 17, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 24, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February 24, 2011."

The last line is the PER date. and my status showing "In Process" since i received PR. I thought Singapore VO will start processing at a later date. But the last line added today with same date as PER. shall i consider that my docs reached VO now? please advise

Well, I think the major hurdle for immigration is the occupations list not the 67 marks. If you hold a BS, have 4 years of experience, and can speak English fluently, you can pass the 67 marks condition easily.
Education = 20 marks
Language = 16 marks
Age = 10 marks
Experience = 21 marks
____________________
Total = 67 marks

Even if you have a deficiency in one or more of these criteria, you can still immigrate if you are married to an educated person, have a relative in Canada, hold a PG degree, Studied or worked in Canada previously, or can speak French.

IMO, the 67 points condition is very lenient and they need to raise the bar a little bit higher.
