Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

Some post June applicants have B00... file numbers - we do and we submitted on 7th September.
They should not process E00 file numbers as a priority because their own documentation says that they process applications strictly in the order in which they are received. This is clearly untrue as our tracker shows.
Very frustrating that London is still not notifying the earlier applicants of their Medicals. It seems we are being penalised for getting our act together soon after the changes. We waited 130+ days for our PER and yet current applicants are a third of that.
I have no idea why our application especially has received no further response from London, as we are Cat 2 and therefore are supposed to be processed by the priority team (along with Spousal and family application).
I think we just need to ignore anything London VO says about processing times for different categories and ignore the order of applications and just assume that there is a completely random state of affairs going on there.
All applications stuffed in a bran tub and officers just fish one out at a time to process

Do you believe FSW2 are supposed to be processed by the priority team?
Is this mentioned somewhere?

I am in the same situation with you guys. I don't even have a file/ref number yet. CIO are yet to respond to my online query. While my waiting time is not as long as you guys yet, it would be of benefit if the CIO would just send back the app on time so we can repackage and send it back again. It certainly would be unfair to be rejected when it's too late to reapply particularly with so much talk about changes to the FSW eligibility criteria coming down the track

I have included my spouse as non-accompanying dependent, thinking that I will pay for the spouse fee after receiving PER.

Now I am claiming points for spouse in adaptability and don,t know whether I will be given points for the spouse education or not? if not then I am refused.

My application reached at CIO on March 16, 2011 and now at this stage what can I do to pay them processing fee and change my spouse from non-accompanying to accompanying dependent to receive 4 points?

Should I submit the fee for the spouse to CIO?

or should I withdraw the application and if, how much time it will take to receive back package?

hello Aruma,

if you believe your first submission does not secure you 67 points, you might consider sending another package. it would likely cost you extra money for notary/translation, but time... also, if you don't want to freeze extra money on visa processing fee, you can fill in the credit card authorization form. this way you would know faster if you passed your completeness check

Hey friends anyone who got 1st PER after their application signed by Mr. M.KORZSWDA
I am wondering if CIO has separated some of our files aside and dumped somewhere.....its almost been more than 125 days and yet nothing happening with the application...;i can see few of us even before me have not got their PER so want to do some research whether CIO has really dumped our file or still doing some background check.... Experts and seniors in this forum please share ur opinion regarding if i could send my new job details which i started after few months my application was received by CIO, and how do i inform them, send it thro mail or email or fax?????

Hi,

I can only advise you on the last part of yr query which stipulates to the job change thing. Here you do not need to worry about notifying CIO or VO of any change in employment details unless you receive your PER. Once you get PER only then you may pick up the case query form from the CIC site and fill yr employment details.

Hi String11, my app was also received & signed by M.KORZSWDA, I received my PER last 02/28/2011 & my Ecas now is In Process........"we have start processing your application on March 24, 2011.
