Dear Friends;
I have received an email that contained 2 ID numbers: one was UCI:XXXXXXXX & another one was APPLICATION: E0000XXXXX
can you tell me what are these numbers?

Please could you confirm the contents of the email? That might be your PER?

Thanks,

Indira Prabhakaran.

i am going to send my application in few days. my accompanying spouse has somew missing education documents she lost them in a fire. We have applied for the duplicates but it will take some time and we can't wait for them due to approaching cap. I already have sufficient points 69 to be exact and her education will give additional 3. what should we do can they return or reject our application because of these missing documents.

if you are the principal applicant then it may be possible to update further details of the spouse or accompanying partner in a later date. but it all depends on which location are you based or which Visa Office?

Even you don't need to claim extra 3 points from your spouse, IMO, you ought to attach all supporting documents as per CIO+ CIC checklists.Or else impossible to wait, If you are not feeling too confident, could you write a cover letter to convince CIO of these missing docuts by building solid reason, when you submit your application.

OMG Signs of buffalo waking up :). My ecas status is still "In Process" but when i click on it, it has three lines now instead of the prevous two.

the extra line being that they started to process my application on such and such date :)

Wooooooooow, good news from Buffalo, it seems Buffalo does not issue 2nd AOR! and it starts processing E00 file numbers first, congrats and hope to see more from Buffalo soon for all the applicants.
There is no doubt that post june applicants have priority to review cos I have some friends that applied Jan 2010 and their status is still RBVO!!!!

Some post June applicants have B00... file numbers - we do and we submitted on 7th September.
They should not process E00 file numbers as a priority because their own documentation says that they process applications strictly in the order in which they are received. This is clearly untrue as our tracker shows.
Very frustrating >:( that London is still not notifying the earlier applicants of their Medicals. It seems we are being penalised for getting our act together soon after the changes. We waited 130+ days for our PER and yet current applicants are a third of that.
I have no idea why our application especially has received no further response from London, as we are Cat 2 and therefore are supposed to be processed by the priority team (along with Spousal and family application).
I think we just need to ignore anything London VO says about processing times for different categories and ignore the order of applications and just assume that there is a completely random state of affairs going on there.
All applications stuffed in a bran tub and officers just fish one out at a time to process :P

I doubt it is a random selection.
Or maybe it is random just like the way they do random screening at airports, and everytime they select us 'randomly' ;-)
Shame on you London VO!

Now that I have noticed :( my file number starts from B04 although i am post june 26 2010 applicant and I am a may 2006 applicant also and all other's who have applied after June 26 have got a file no starting B05...is that the reason i haven't received my medicals even though my application started processing on 24th Feb?
