Hi everybody;
I recieved an email from CIC yesterday. ...........................
can I communicate them with an email and if yes what is that Email address?

Thanks.

Dear mrni007

I am sorry for the NER ..... Did you provide all the details as asked by MI and as per your NOC 3111. It should match for at least 85% of the job duties that you have mentioned. And if you feel that CIO is wrong in judging you, please contact them immediately. Go to the following link ....http://get2canada.wordpress.com/how-to-deal-with-unfair-ner
There is a fax number in the same site....... please collect the necessary information that will support your claim substantially and send it through fax.....

Cheers, Anil

Received by VO. many thanks :D

Thanks anil and wayne, I think I had a mistake (I didn't send them my license office). how do you think? now can I send them this document? or I have to wait for returning my applications and resend them.
if so, can I ask them to send my application by courier for faster resending applications? and how?
thanks a lot for reply.

You don't need 85% of the job duties.

We matched 4 out of 8 duties for NOC 3131 (only 50%) and one of those was a bit borderline, with no experience whatsoever in the other 4 duties, and still got PER fine. It is actually completely at the visa officer's discretion as to what they consider "substantial". I imagine it probably depends on the strength of your application in general.

Hi guys! my consultant said they received my MR, ROPRF yesterday dated march 18. and they are requesting for fresh police clearance coz the one i submitted was already 3 mos and 18 days old when it reached nova scotia. since I'm working in another country, they'll forward all the forms to me and I'll be doing my medicals here. Please update. and my ecas status shows "IN PROCESS". Thanks a lot! :)

I'm worried about the same thing now! I don't think there is a difference between the normal and the registered post with the IPS ???

We've heard a registered post reaching after 15 days ::)! So, if i have difficulties in receiving my AOR, the medicals will be delayed too :-\ :-[ The other thing is our PIN code changed and so i have to automatically add 3 days delay for that ???

Hope to receive the medicals soon :) I wish they do not ask for our marriage proofs :P, if they do, our son is on vacation and hyperactive :o already waiting for a break 8), so I'll send him to ND VO 8) 8) for a short break!

Thanks,

Indira Prabhakaran.

Congratulations! :)

Although this does add to the frustration of some July/August/September applicants who have heard nothing, when November applicants are getting RPRF!

Here in the UK even second class very cheapest post possible arrives within 2 days. But that doesn't help when they haven't sent anything yet!!!!! >:(

Ah well :P

I wish I had my ECAS status changed to 'In Process' rather than receiving my 2nd AOR......Seeing RBVO everyday is so frustrating !!!!
