Wayne, you were earlier defending proper english games and then you play Badminton, the game that India has given to the world. Good for you. Cheers

Lol :) I play Badminton because I get free use of a gym via work and want to get some use out of it! I find treadmill the most boring exercise on the planet. So myself and my wife play badminton on a Sunday morning.

It certainly isn't a sport I'd like to watch.

Rugby and Formula 1 are my 2 preferred spectator sports.

Wayne.

Well actually have some stuff to sort out at lunchtime and so far this week:
Saturday: Cycled to my parents and back = 20 miles
Sunday: Played 1 hour of badminton, jogging 3 to 5 laps of the sports hall in between each game
Monday: Cycled to work, then at lunchtime to the bank, to home, to shops, back to work then back home again = around 18 miles
Tuesday: Cycled to work, lunchtime home and back, then back home again end of day = 14 miles

So prior to today I have cycled 52 miles this week and one 1 hour's badminton and running. So not doing too bad so far for an almost-40-year-old! ;)

Starting to ache a bit so keen not to overdo it, hence why today I am probably just going to do the 7 miles to work and back. Have my gran's funeral tomorrow which will be a difficult enough day without having to worry about too many aches and pains!

Wayne.

Now you've made me envious :-[
I wish I could pack in the same amount of exercise in a week!
I understand how difficult tomorrow maybe for you!
But you will pull through, okay?

Congratulations Raj for MR, RPRF & PPR request.

Congratulations Raj!

Still no news from any other London applicants? Starting to be a bit strange than two October applicants have had medical requests yet none of the July, August or September applicants have heard anything yet.

I thought waiting for PER was a nervy part of the process, but waiting for medical requests is proving even worse! ;)
