Shalom1, how far?, I can see that the London VO is fairly active now, we are still waiting patiently on Accra.
Best wishes, Bro.

Besides, my present UK resident permit expires in september 2011. I am a bit confused. I need to renew if London VO does not finish my application before then. In another twist, this is my final renewal before we get our PR status in the UK but I need to pay the immigration authority £3000 (UK visa fees have just been increased). My worries now: should I renew and get our UK PR due in sept 2013 or forgo it and get that of Canada only? How far for Naija? We not dey hear encouraging news 4 political scene at all. Goodluck, PDP and others not dey try.
God bless Naija

Re posting this. Any clues Seniors?

Does anyone know that once the 3rd line is added in the ecas as in my case it states that "Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March 3, 2011" then does it ever change after we receive the medicals or would it state the same message as I have been waiting for my medicals from the London Office but it seems they have gone back in to hyper nation after giving 2 medical requests. Is there anyone that has received 2nd AOR from the London office...

I received my 2nd AOR dated March 14th.........But my ECAS status is still RBVO without any 'Started Processing' line.............Anybody else in a similar situation???
Be patient brother.
My 2nd AOR is dated 2nd Feb, ecas status updated to INPROCESS on 16 March.
Best of luck

Just whilst we're in medical request zones, I have added country of origin and country of residence as optional fields if people want to let us know where they are from and where they currently live.

The idea is, especially at offices like London, whether we can establish a pattern to see if they are giving certain nationalities and residents favourable processing.

Hey Spokes. Yes I did. I just want to cross check against what I have here already. Thanks for the support Buddy.

I am confident that we'll get a PER. Our self assessment score was 77. I have a MSc in PT, spouse has MSc in Social Work and we both have over 10 years experience. IELTS is 8.0 and I have been working for the health services here for over 8 years, 4 years in a private hospital in naija prior, so fingers crossed. There's a lot of planning for us to do + I have a 2 stage professional exam to apply for, just want to scale the initial eligibility huddle so I can focus on the Canadian professional exam. I guess there's nothing to do than wait.

I wish all the best in your process too. Take care Buddy ;)

Fingers crossed for you and you will be getting it in no time: na just initial gragra dem they do ;D

Just another thought that came to my mind (more like paranoia at this stage ;D) Does anyone know if having dual nationality affects the eligibility process in any way? I ask because we (all of our family members) have dual nationality. Both my spouse and I are naturalized citizens and our children have citizenship by birth here. Both our country of birth and current country of residence allows dual citizenship. We have duly indicated all the info on the app forms. Just wondering if these have any implications on our eligibility review.

I'll appreciate the opinion of experienced members of the forum.

Thanks
