Congrats to PER, 2nd AOR, MR & PPR receivers. Wish you all the best for the rest of the journey.

Just a quick query for those who receive their PERs recently. Would anyone please confirm the email address from which CIO sends the PER. Also the link to making specific case enquiry with CIO please.

Thanks

Hey friends ...... Got MR dated 17 March 2011.

Cheers, Anil

I applied before 26th June but unfortunately my application was sent back to me because of the payment declined.

Now i want to apply again with full documents to CIO as I have collected all required documents now but we have just been blessed with a new baby so i do not have baby's passport and visa for the UK as it will take time to get them.

Can I apply now without baby's passport and Visa for UK(whick are required under visa office specific documents list) to CIO? Please advise. Many thanks.

Congats to those persons receiving PERs,2nd AORs and other documents request. Hoping that all the other VOs wake up from their sleep and get the ball rolling so that post june 26 can receive their maple leaf in their passports in the suggested 6-12 months.

Donmar,
The 6-12 month thing that was posted earlier was on a consultant's web site and not official CIC guideline. As per the experience of this forum goes most consultants talk from their unmentionable side and so are highly unreliable.

Timelines don't seem to match PER received date or application received date.

Our application was received by CIO on 30 August 2010, and we got PER on 15 December 2010. Although our ECAS now says "In Process" we still don't have MR yet.

Yet 2 London October applicants who got PER in February already have med requests.
So it does seem at London like the took a big pile of applications and jumbled them up! :)

Ah well. We are hopeful we will hear something this week.

Wayne.
You're right Wayne. Just went through the tracker and it appears timelines don't count so much in the London VO. With James1, his ECAS status was still; Received by Visa Office when he got his MR. His had not even changed to "In Process" yet. Guess I'll have to keep my fingers crossed, hope and pray the next letter I receive by post is my MR.

Hmm, regrettably I think you need passports for all applicants when you apply, which will include any dependent children.

How close is your NOC to filling? If it isn't at all close then definitely IMO it is worth getting the passports and applying later, as long as your application gets there before 30th June 2011 (you don't want to risk your NOC dropping off the list!).

My 2 cents,
Wayne.

I know Kolhapuri, I was just hoping that someone from the VOs would see that projection and follow it. Just trying to uplift myself from the boredom of waiting

Hello everyone,
I have a question regarding my PR. I recently got married and the next day I got the letter from Canadian High Commission to submit my passport for PR. When I applied and through the whole process, I showed that I don´t have any dependents. I was planning to update my status. Now I only have 40 days to submit my passport. I want to find out whether it is a good idea to update my status and send my wife´s passport as well or just send my passport and apply for my wife´s visa later on.

Thanking you in anticipation,
Imran Khan.

Thanks for reply,
very soon it will reacehed the cap as mine is 0631 and current no is 802 as per yesterday.

OBIE---even with the antidote I don't think the VO will awaken. It would need a miracle from above. Thanks for that I needed a good laugh to start the day.

Hi All,,

I have recently finished my Master of Research in Medicine, the question is I am waiting for the 2nd AOR now, should I report the degree to my VO or not? Do u think it will delay my application in anyway.

thanks

Antidote is Flumazenil.

Ha ha they have had loads of Flumazenil already. Still couldn't wake them up. Looking for 4000mls of Flumazenil infusion :o :o. Anyways thanks royalman. Cheers

Does anyone know that once the 3rd line is added in the ecas as in my case it states that "Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March 3, 2011" then does it ever change after we receive the medicals or would it state the same message as I have been waiting for my medicals from the London Office but it seems they have gone back in to hyper nation after giving 2 medical requests. Is there anyone that has received 2nd AOR from the London office...

I was wondering how long it takes for the files to get transferred to the ND VO. In some cases it has taken 2 weeks and in some more than a month. Kinda weird.

Anyway, congrats to all who have received their PER, AOR, MR and any other good news. And to all those who are waiting the good times are just around the corner.
