I wrote 2 emails to my visa office to update my changes in my applicaiton, so far no reply. I saw lots of friends here are getting MR (I am very very jealous ), I just can't sit and wait for my Visa Office to give a reply. So I drove all the way from Johannesburg to Pretoria and trying to find out what is happening to my application this morning.

A lady from the visa office suggested me to sit and wait. after she finished busying with all other people, she checked my application on the system. I was told that my case is open and the applicaiton is with the visa officer, he will contact me if it is necessary (thru post or email). but I forgot to ask why I didn't get any reply or 2nd AOR from them. :'(

Hi Jeniya,

Congrats , you would shortly get the MR as it comes through registered post , the AOR comes in an ordinary mail so if you dont get it nothing much to worry as there is no new file number issued by ND VO.

Probably the AOR mail will be delivered to your address after you have flown to Canada as PR

I agree with you entirely. Wish I could say the same about London VO. Got my PER since 7th of December and my status still reads; Received by Visa Office. Wish we even had a clear idea of their timelines in the London VO, that would have helped.

Timelines don't seem to match PER received date or application received date.

Our application was received by CIO on 30 August 2010, and we got PER on 15 December 2010. Although our ECAS now says "In Process" we still don't have MR yet.

Yet 2 London October applicants who got PER in February already have med requests.
So it does seem at London like the took a big pile of applications and jumbled them up!

Ah well. We are hopeful we will hear something this week.

Congats to those persons receiving PERs,2nd AORs and other documents request. Hoping that all the other VOs wake up from their sleep and get the ball rolling so that post june 26 can receive their maple leaf in their passports in the suggested 6-12 months.

Donmar!! I think my VO just had 500mg IV push Diazepam. What antidote should be given.
