Dear Seniors : on Application form we answer : intended location in Canada
Can we change that like if i choose in the application : Toronto - Ontario , Is it compulsory to land and issue the papers there or we can change the landing and destination ?

Actually I have already got my PER and my file is transferred to New Delhi VO. Now I want to update some info to NDVO so i want to know if I send some paper to CHC Delhi by courier or post, they will send me an acknowledgment for the receipt of my papers. Please advice.

Dear Sachin

As far as I understand, they will not give any reply / acknowledgement for the updates you provide. BUT they will surely add / note down the same on your file. Send the updates through courier + scan the same and update (attach) through visa office specific form. That will make you doubly sure of your updates!!

Could u please tell me the date on 2nd AOR letter?
It seems u reported as mail received date i.e. 16-Mar-2011 If it is different could u please update with your actual date 'coz everybody update with their date on letter.

Congrats to all who got PERs,MRs and 2AORS...well mine application status is still RBVO..and they replied me after first AOR that they have sent me a letter..on 10 th feb,2011 but i did not received yet..after that my application status is changed to RBVO from couple of weeks. Any good suggestion here?

Hi - yes I am a software developer. I work for a company which writes core solutions for the broadcasting industry. Effectively playout/automation and content management media software running on a standard PC server which does the same job as a lot of expensive broadcasting hardware.

By the word "letter" they actually mean letter sent by Email. As per my understanding you got that so called letter by email on 10th Feb

yes...i got an e-mail but in ECAS my application status shows that "RBVO"

We received your application for permanent residence on October , 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 9, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

hasib can u elaborate it too that what is lurked behind these words?

Though I am one of the moderators for International tracker and did a lot of updates, but never saw my details ... And lately Indira also joined the gang. Both Indira and Wayne are doing this very efficiently (thank you guys), and I somehow took a backseat ..... updating now & then ...... like whenever a poor soul comes and shout 2-3 times for the update .... ...... Updated myself ..

I am taking care of the other tracker ... the New Delhi one.... visit that one also ..... : :
