Thanks for the information. In fact, I dont have a tracker yet. But my details are as follows: Application filed: Nov 11,2010, Reached CIO : 11th Nov, PER Received on 23rd Feb 2011, ECAS status: RBVO, NOC 3112, Visa office : New Delhi

Added to both trackers. Please have a look and give us the missing details.

Thanks,

Indira Prabhakaran.

Hi Wayne, this is great news, I know it still isn't solid evidence that our sleeping giant (London VO) is stretching out and waking up, but after our long wait for any news at all even the ecas update is heartening. No October processing for us. We could be landing there in October.

Come on, amaartahir and wenstumped!
It should be you and me getting IN PROCESS any day now, following Wayne's news.
Race you to it!!!! :P

Queencougar!!! My status still reads RBVO but I hope it'll change to 'In Process' in the next couple of weeks, so......You're on!!! ;D :P :P ;D

Dear Canady,
Thanks for your nice wishes, and about your case I'm sure nothing is wrong more than just a problem in the mailing process,as you know now our country is facing a lot of problems in different aspects ,one of them is the strikes made here and there,so you shouldn't worry as at this stage you have already passed your eligibility review and nothing is done at the VO that would be any problem to you,it's just amatter of time ,hang in there and God be with you :)

Aye best of luck!

I strongly suspect it depends in which "batch" of applications your application was in when they were shipped to London, since I think CIO stockpile them until they have a decent number then send them in one go, by diplomatic courier.

We're planning to land in early September if possible, with a view to moving to Canada permanently in Jan/Feb 2012.

Wayne.

I am sorry for your bad news AND the long delay in getting your application package back. In some cases it has taken more than three months so there is still hope it will arrive, but that is little consolation to you right now. Keep checking with your post office. As CIO said it is sent regular post so there is no means to track the mail, but you might ask your post office if they can give you some assistance. I hope that you are able to put together a new application that addresses the problems of the first one. I wish you every success. Good Luck.

Thanks for your encouragement, I finally received my package back today.

If the DD is enchased, does it mean that your case is taken into processing?

If your DD is cashed it means your application has passed the completeness check and that it will be sent for a full eligibility review at CIO. You should expect to hear the results of this - either positive or negative eligibility review - by email in about 60 days from when your application arrived at CIO.

If the eligibility review is positive the entire application will be sent by CIO to the visa office for further processing (background and security checks/medicals etc).

Best of luck,
Wayne.

Hello Everyone in the Forum

Need your advice for one query I have. Can I submit a document personally to CHC New Delhi in an envelope or I must use a courier service (i.e. CHC do not accept documents in this way). Kindly advice. I am a November 2010 applicant from New Delhi.

Thanks
Sachin

Unfortunately you can't. CHC clearly mentioned this on their web site that you can send your documents by any method except hand delivery.
