Well it's been 2 weeks or so since Linkrink's status changes, still with no report of a 2nd AOR. However, each visa office seems to have their own system. We cannot dismiss the possibility that London won't even bother sending 2nd AORs for >J26 applicants and will go straight for medical requests and/or additional document requests.

This morning our ECAS status reads "In Process" and we have the following in the detail:


We received your application for permanent residence on August 30, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on December 15, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March 15, 2011.


Another ray of hope for London applicants?
Of course, we have yet to see any of these changes translate into anything with substance such as 2nd AOR or med requests but it is encouraging.

And we get to post this news on page 1337. Leet
