Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

was fortune to be the second one from the NDVO on this forum to receive 2 AOR.....then a certificate inqury came in between...though i have clearify my side with the required infromation but stutus is the same RBVO.....

does anyone have any idea when shall they pick my case again...after the expiry of 30 days given to me for reply or in-between?

i just wanted to ask that IELTS has to be attached only for the principal applicant or has to be for the spouse as well.please reply promptly .thanks

It is immeterial if u add IELTS for your spouse......it make no deferance to your case......but the IELTS of Principal applicant is must...

It depends on your passport and the agreements in place between Canada and the country of issue.

You may be able to go to Canada as a visitor for a certain length of time. For example, on my UK passport I can go to Canada as a visitor for up to 6 months. But of course, I cannot work there.

So if you can afford to wait it out as a visitor than it may be a possibility. Otherwise you can enter as a visitor then try to get yourself some kind of temporary work with a TWP. If it's just a survival job you might be able to get one without needing an LMO? (not sure though). However to enter as a visitor with a PR you'll probably have to have a return ticket.

I think there's an error with the last entrant on the tracker Ozoneozone. You have his app date as Dec 2011. I think you mean to put it as Dec 2010.
