Indira, if you look at the Canadian government's website, it states that in my case (as a Venezuelan) they will do it on my behalf.

"The Canadian office processing your visa application will obtain the police clearance on your behalf.

However I have already requested it on my own as well. I'll be sending it as soon as I see my application's status changed to "Received by VO"

Client ID number should be in this format: 00000000 or 0000-0000.
You may have one or more identification numbers, depending on your type

I am an architect and I started my career in 2001 as a junior architect. from 2001 to 2011 I worked in 3 different companies where my designations were junior architect , assistant architect and architect and now I am working as project architect.

MY question is in the section 11 of IMM0008_3e, should i write like this:

From To Occupation NOC Main Duties
Y M Y M
2001 x 2011 x Architect 2151 ______________

and if there were any gaps between the jobs , how I can mentions those?

OR should I write all the designations / job titles, I have/had in each company?

I suggest you write,

2001 JAN 2005 JAN Architect 2151 [Write your Job title, and indicate the job responsibilities are attached in a separate sheet of paper]

Same for all 3 employment

I suggest you write down the job duties in a separate sheet(can be a word doc), because you will not find enough space to detail out every one of them in the form itself. 1 doc can include job duties of all the 3 employment, of course, mention the job title and dates on top of them.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March 9, 2011

Thanks everyone ...i was easily able to judge the time that i would be getting my 2nd AOR looking at the spreadsheet...
