i just checked my ecas status. It is showing decision made. further it is showing we have sent you a letter and we started processing on march 9 2011. I am very tensed. pl suggest.I havent got the medical request letter yet.

Today my e-cas status has changed from Received by VO to "In Process" and one more line(third line) has been added to previous status of Received by VO. The new line added is Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March 9 ,2011.

I understand your fears though. Make a case specific enquiry to them and hope for the best.

I was actually worried 'cause I have not heard from CIO yet ...
May I ask if you did something specific to shake them a little bit or did you just wait?

Do not worry, i read somewhere in this forum that they are migrating to GCMS and so they will have to close the existing file and open a new file, and hence the ECAS will show decision made.
