Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

Guys,

Now I am starting to stress out !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
All Dec applicants got their PER (congratulations by the way). Knwoing that I applied on the 23rd and that all NERs are provided later I am concerned that I might receive an NER in a couple of weeks .... My status still says 'Received by VO'
Do you think I should call or send an enquiry to CIO? What would the phone number/email address be? Even if they won't gie me a status by phone I am thinking maybe they will take note of my enquiry and send an email right away......

This is for New Delhi Visa office MR/RPF/PP receivers. Please confirm if you all have being asked to submit the PCC again?

If, yes then I should start the process now only because it takes time over here... I remember earlier it took 2 months to get PCC from passport office in Mumbai. The reason I found is that my passport issued from Delhi & I placed request in Mumbai passport office.

Please share if you have similar experience or somebody has another way out to get PCC faster.

My PCC was around 15 days old when I submitted it to Nova scotia on 6th August 2010.

Thanks but it seems medical examinations are not the same everywhere. Someone did CBC. Am I right?

CBC (Complete blood count) is a routine blood examination.
VDRL is the test to detect Syphilis(sexually transmitted disease).
Doctors/nurse will take blood sample from you and both those test will be done from the same sample.
so there is nothing to worry about since you have very little to do to complete those test.

Dear Friends,

Had couple of queries below regarding the dispatch of passport to VO and RPPF

In the medical request letter it says in bold not send the passport until requested by VO, in another letter they are reqeuesting for passport, RPRF to be recieved by VO by 17th next month, just wanted to confirm if this is same for other med request recieved applicants.

What is the prefferef mode of dispatching the passport to VO , can we courier it or do we send it by registered government post? , I prefer to send the passport by courier for speedy delivery and for online tracking.

What is the prefered mode of RPRF is it in Canadian dollars or Local currency , I have been given an option to pay in Indian rupees or Canadian dollars.

Please let me know your thoughts regading my queries

Hi Bindu,

1. The first page of the letter is case specific, whereas the subsequent pages are standard instructions. So the request for passport on first page supersedes the general information on following page.

This is a general opinion of the other forum members who received Passport request.

I am planning to send an email to NDVO today for the clarification on the same. I will update you if I hear anything from them. I am planning to send my documents by 21st March. So, if I don’t hear anything from VO before that, I am going the send my Passport too.

2. It is not necessary to use a registered government post. It’s a matter of choice and you can use any reliable courier service to send the documents. They would have specified clearly incase they do not accept the couriers. I will prefer the courier service for obvious reasons.

3. Paying RFRF in CAD $ or INR is again a personal choice. Since you are in India, it will be convenient to pay in INR. Also, at later stage, when you need to find out if the DD was en cashed or not, it will be lot easier if the DD was made in INR.

Hi Bhavick,

Congrats on your PER I completely understand that you waited patiently for your PER and got it just in time with the tracker time-lines. When you say ND VO is taking too much time to process, that's something not anyone will agree here ??? After all, ND VO is currently the fastest VO alive and we already have 14 Medical requests in hand while there are a handful of VOs like London and Buffalo where there are no signs of the applications received@the VOs except for the tricky ECAS statuses.

So, please keep your cool and wait as patiently for your 2nd AOR and MR.

Hi Everyone,
Congratulations to those who received their PER, AOR and good news. I'm afraid I have a bad news. The officer was not satisfied with my work experience. The worst thing was my subjection to write another General IELTS. I went through hell and spend a lot of money trying to write the exam.
Please kindly remove me from the tracker. I shall wait until June ending if there's something new that matches my profession. I am Biomathematician by profession. That's why I applied under 2121 as it says Biologists and related scientists. Well it's hard to get another reference letter from my Professor to prove to the CIC.
I'm wishing everyone the very best as you pursue your dreams.

Funny enough I haven't received PER and my status online just says “application receieved' even though some folks around here whom i submitted during the same period have all gotten theirs.
@ canada_visa and others ; Do they send an email to inform you if PER is issued or do i keep refreshing eCAS?

I would suggest you to wait for a couple of weeks and then send a case specific inquiry. There are a handful of people waiting for the PER before you
