Nice to see the forum rolling in terms of PER, AOR, MR and PPR. Congratulations to all who have received one of these.
Friends my boss just received a verification call from CHC, New Delhi. It was on 11:07AM local time and lasted for less than 5 minutes. My boss was asked about my joining date, if I am present today at the office, my current post, structure of my organization and whether my boss signed my reference letter or not.
Fingers crossed. Hope my file will be processed now.

i got the MR, RPRF, PCC request today, the letter is dated 3 rd march

Dear all,

I have received today by DHL the letter from the Visa office in cairo. It has clearly mentioned that I should pay The Right for permenant residence fees. It has also mentioned that there are landing fees to be paid at a later stage. It is my first time to know of the landing fees and no clue about their amount in the letter.
They have stated too that they ask me to do medicals no later than one month from the date of the letter which is dated 8th of march. hmmmm and if I did not submit medicals in 2 months, that will result in refusal.

PHEW! My turn for verification now. They just called me in my office and asked about my DOB, my job responsibilities, my joining date, about my IELTS, my spouse's work, my son and confirmed if my family will accompany me to Canada. She hung up saying they will contact me shortly.
Hope everything goes well.

An advice for all from ND who got their MR, RPRF . Get your BD in INR and save on the exchange rates rather than going in for a BD in CAD !!!

Yes. I was not expecting a call but after less than half an hour I also received the call.

Try the "CID Headquarters, Malibagh, Dhaka". They do pretty decent job taking fingerpring for FBI. They have fingerprinting service to their ground floor. You will need a chalan for only 100 taka. Send the Fingerprint card with the cover letter via FEDEX ;Very convenient you dont have to go to India. Hope it helps.

Great! I was not even aware of this. I have already made the payment and scheduled to take the finger print on Sunday morning. Hope they do it rather professionally. Dr. Ray, do you know anyone who had done it with accuracy from them?

If everything goes according to plan, i should be able to send the request on Monday itself to FBI.

i came to know from another forum that singapore VO sent a team to verify one of the applicants job experience in an organization (in bangladesh). that team met with HR for checking the duration of stay in that organization and then met with the supervisor to verify job duties.

any post june applicant experince this in our forum yet???
