Hey Indira,

You are right...PCC's are more than enough...the problem here in Bangalore is, PCC's are issued by the Mini Passport seva kendra and not the regional passport office ....this is available only in bnagalore and chandigarh.....

and because of this, its mandatory to take appointment for every service.....n believe me, ppl wait from 6am outside this office....

nyways the commissioner office guys r pretty friendly here...so we might get it in about 10 days.....

but alas, i had to shell extra 3k for the PVC

I agree Shareen. The last time I went to the Passport Seva kendra, I stood in the queue from 4 am Im hoping that this time around it'll be without hassles as I have already got one before.

Havn't been able to read the post for last few days.

The medical received bug has disappeared from my status ever since I recieved my MR. Not sure if this changed for others.

Also, My address from eCAS diasppeared. I use to have it their earlier.

Hi dear Anil, Indira, Wayne all other seniors,

My PER was on 3rd March 2011. waiting for the 2nd AOR fromNewdelhi...Hopefully it may be received by 1st week of April.

My question is that.. My employers contact details have been changed (mobile Number). I want to inform the VO this (want ot send the Employer's new Visiting card). When can I send this?? Should I wait till the 2nd AOR or can I do it now?

If Yes what is the process for updting the VO? Should I send the hard copy or scaned documents by email? Please guide me...

PER letter says that : Please inform the visa office of any changes..............Please include a letter identifying what the changes are and any relevant supporting documents........

The only other July London applicant is asaif - all the others are 13th August ish onwards. Ours is still "Received by visa office" without the "We started reviewing your application" line.

Asaif when did you last check your ECAS status?
