I agree Wayne, i do not wish to be without my passport for longer than necessay! Also I am planning to spend 2 weeks in Canada in May, maybe I am being too optimistic that London VO will be requesting it prior to May??

Congrats Calgaryy, looks like the start of another good week for ND VO!!!

Based on pre-June-26 experiences, London do things the traditional way where they will ask only for med requests, and only issue PPR if medical results are in order. I think it's pretty much only New Delhi that asks for passports.

Tbh I think I prefer the traditional method, since then you are only without your passports for a maximum of a few weeks rather than potentially several months as with the New Delhi system.

<J26 applicants have been looking at long delays between 2nd AOR and going into process/gettting medical requests. It really is a question of how these long delays translate into the new >J26 process which is obviously different at visa office, with their having less work to do.

I think the MOST optimistic we could hope for is 2nd AOR in March, med requests in April and PPR June for July visas. I really can't see any way it will happen more quickly than that for London, and it could be a lot slower.

@ kittu
if u know your old file number u can check your e cas
you can find updates about your new case with your old file number
cic gives only one file number for a applicant regardless of number of application he filled.
Thanks Friend. I have tried several times but could not access e-cas. I do not know what to do really.

Thanks

Kittu

Hey friends, I just received letter through normal post from Canadian High Commission, New Delhi stating that they have received my application package at the Visa office in New Delhi which has been determined eligible by CIO sydney.

I hope this is AOR 2.
