Hi Everybody
Rohan, Victor.Shareen, pun123 or aaycee;
would you please kindly answer these questions:
which of you guys received file number starting with "B"?
How long does it take to receive medical check request after your E-CAS changed to "Received by VO" ?
Which one of you sent police clearance certificate with your original documents and now have been asked to send it again by VO?
Thanks in advance

There no direct way to shift from Pre June to Post June. If you find your work profile with new NOC then you can apply under post june. But it is not wise to file new at this time.

Mayank

Thanks for your reply. I just checked her reference letters and they basically state what she did (architectural work) and they do cover what is listed under the NOC 2151. The duties were not stated exactly as shown on the NOC, but it is quite obvious to me that the reference letters show architectural work was being done. Again, would you or anyone else happen to know of an email address that I could try to send a letter to? If it is possible, we would like to have them consider checking the application once more before mailing it back. Perhaps they may have misplaced some of the documentation.
Gridee,
Qucikly Fax them(2 members of this forum got NER initially, and after sending Fax to CIO, they got PER).
Fax number: (902) 270-3561
check this link before sending them a fax:

I have been reading posts on this forum for sometime now.

Although , by all means, public forum provides very limited information to make general assessments... nevertheless, it is my observation that:

A) CIC works efficiently and fairly on FSW cases
B) Mistakes can happen - no office in the world can ever be 100% flawless
C) When mistakes happen ( NER's or obviously erroneous rejections ), CIC takes rather applicant friendly and caring stance and gives you a chance to resubmit your application with supporting evidence to overcome initial negative decision.

Best of luck,
Canada0801
