Hi Indira,

On the very first screen after I enter my details (File #, Last name , DOB, etc).
It starts with my name then complete address below it. And then the status.

In status it has my name and "received by Visa Office against it"

Further addition details when I click on the "received by VO" link.

Am I the the only one with address in eCAS??

It is a shame they don't allow more customisation. I think you can get full access to the stylesheet IF you pay the extra but a lot of the customisation is in custom functions that you get no access to.

I'd be quite happy to try to author my own theme, but don't think there's any way for Joe Public programmers like me to do that?

True and agreed . This new one is the 20th odd theme I'm trying on for this blog . Somehow i see that i can't get what exactly i want out of it ???. Why don't these guys make it easy for people like me ???

BTW, I'm a Zero in technical stuff and i knew nothing about blogging before a year :-[. Shame on me, I'm surrounded by the best technical brains @ work for years now :-[

But I'm determined to go on, and build one of the best blogs ever . I believe I'll find stuff on my way , rather than starting off with everything handy!

I have a similar Ecas status. My PER date on ECAS says ''We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on January 13, 2011''
but actually i got the PER email on 25th January (the date inside the PER email is also 25th Jan) so you may get the PER email soon too.

As of now, yes, you are the only one i guess .

So, it's on the same screen that you enter the login details? And the address details appear after you click on the continue(login) button?

Or it's on the exact screen where you see your ECAS status, on the top of your name and the ECAS Status box?

So, there's the catch. Addresses are not entered into ECAS yet for the post June applicants. For those of you with an old application pending, your old addresses might show up in ECAS. Just curious, what was the email address in your old application? May be they sent the email to that address?

My address used to show that of my previous consultant....now in my new application...i gave my home address...ecas now shows that address...well almost that address...there is a small mistake in it....I still need to find out how and where to get it updated..

Many thanks for your response.

I'm constantly in touch with my consultancy and they are repeating the same story.I think they are trying to lag it till next june and re-apply.
As i authorized the agency to submit the application and further tracking, i guess i will not be able to contact CIC directly.
Also i do not have the IMM5401 receipt number.So not possible to check online as well.

My application is filed under 1122,2281 and 2282, 1122 being the first priority.

Could you please let me know whether there is any way to track my application?

Hi Shyam: I see yet another issue here. Your priority 1122 is your ONLY NOC that counts as 2281 and 2282 are not in the NOC 29 list. Was that your understanding already, or did your consultant tell you something different? The suggestion to get your tracking number and check out dates for yourself is a good one. Let us know what happens. Good luck.

I've been a professional software developer for 13+ years, and it's no easier for me either, since they simply don't allow access to be able to alter things the way I would like.

I think you basically just have to pick the closest theme to what you want. A theme which allows a banner graphic will allow you some look + feel control since you can put obviously whatever you want in the banner graphic.

I just realized that my PIN Code is not correct in eCAS, They interchanged two digits. Could that be the reason i still havn't got my 2nd AOR
