Hi indira,
Thanks for your reply.
One more query. My e-cas updated on 25 Feb. As my BD ( SBI) was not encashed on 25 Feb. I am in touch with SBI branch local & also email to SBI canada but they have also not replied to me on BD status.
Does it means that CIO might count me in CAP on 25 Feb ? They would have foward my BD for encashment on 25 feb ? if its true then BD must be encashed in this week ...
Regards,
Mayank

Hi Mayank,

I'm really sorry to say this, but please refrain from asking too many similar questions here and there. I did reply to the same question twice earlier. If your ECAS says application received, it definitely means that your BD was en-cashed and that your application passed the completeness check.

Now, just relax and wait for the results of your eligibility review. Stop worrying for every possible situation 8).

Thanks,

Indira Prabhakaran.

I think its time to enter in tracker.

@Indira & Anil ,

Date when CIO received: 10 Feb. 2011.
NOC: 3131.
Mode of payment: BD
Encashment status: still not confirmed.
PCC: Original included.
IELTS: Original included.
Visa Office: New Delhi.

Please enter my details to both the trackers.

Let me know if there is still missing...

Regards,
Mayank

Hi Guys from ND
Does anyone has the idea about submitting passport in person in Delhi Visa office in hand for stamping purpose ? Is that possible and how?
Another question is ,when do we need to inform about the travel history ,going back home from a working country abroad, after receiving PER?
Can the updated travel history be submitted after , once the visa office asks for PCC, medical request etc. Or do we need to submit as it happens?
Thanks
Pratik

Hi pratirajya,

I am not sure about this, but my views are that you can try to submit your passport personally, i read some other members have done that earlier. I'm not sure as to what benefits we reap out of it? Anyway they will not stamp them and return to you on the same day.

Any change to your situation, must be informed to the VO ASAP as indicated in the PER email. Please do so immediately. Why take chance?

Thanks,

Indira Prabhakaran.

Added to both the trackers:). So, i also keyed in your ECAS as app received.

Thanks,

Indira Prabhakaran.

Mine says:
We received your application for permanent residence on.............

Medical results have been received.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on ................. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

And I have got my first AOR. But I have read in some posts that if you have the phrase "we started processing your applications" then you'll get your medicals and of course it means passing VO review and having 2nd AOR to.

Dear Cay_sha & Kpkinnera,

It is not mandatory to notarize the copy of documents, but it is always helpful as it helps in the VO to confirm the authenticity of the copy of the document and removes any chances of them reverting back because of any doubt and in turn reducing your application processing time.

Also, it is not difficult to get your document notarized... So why take chances. :)

DarKnight

Well in my VO (Warsaw) notarized copy doesn't reduce processing time. there is only one reason - they confirm authenticity of the copy when appplicant send them original passport for visa stamp :)

I am back to the forum after a long hibernation.. actually was on a trip to rajasthan delhi, orissa and back to ap after attending 4 weddings. its good to see my friends getting married! who knows after my visa (fingers crossed) i ll be able to make it or not..
