In the name part, did you try to put only your family name?

The tracking page asks for "Surname" so we enter the last name as requested. Do you have to enter the first name as well?

Hi i have the same problem, emailed them couple of times, still no changes - "not recognized", my PER was received on 24 Jan 2010. and CIO office has adviced that "...there is no adverse on your file".

Is your COB different from your country of residence and VO?

I start thinking by looking at other people who have same problem - it might be an issue.

Yes, our COB different from country of residence.

Same thing with me! Tried all the different ways. There is a theory among us, that if you have originated from post-USSr country, you will not be able to check your e-cas.

Are you from post-Soviet country?

Yes, I am.
