yippeeeee i received i my 2nd AOR......my consultant just called
He's yet to send me the copy....so will post the contents once i receive it.....though he mentioned that my file number has changed....and they have mentioned that the avg processing time is 10 months
Hope many more PER's and AOR's are on the way

Just yesterday i got the second AOR. but i m out of station for marrage so i did not know about the contant just my brother call me yesterday night about teh envelope he got yesterday.
even my ecas status is changed today and its show now is :
We received your application for permanent residence on August 11, 2010.
Medical results have been received.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on November 24, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
So kindly update my detail in spread sheet.

Dear Friends,
I just got a suprise delivery of an envelope by ordinary mail (lucky that I got it) it was from ND VO,By the grace of Allmighty God Jesus Christ the letter was confirming that my visa application has been recieved by VO, I'm bit worried as it also mentioned that the visa application process require an average of 10 months, I hope they really dont mean it as I'm expecting the med request hopefully by next month (4 months from PER).
Please update my status in the spread sheet,
Also my ECAS was showing In Process yesterday but today it shows Recieved by VO but the content inside are given below
We received your application for permanent residence on August 6, 2010.
Medical results have been received.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on December 1, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
EDIT: There is no change in my file number, the application number remains the same as communicated earlier by CIC

This was the reply given by you to query of SoMeOnE-SoMeWhErE forum member.
Now i am also in same boat. I also found today that with my Old File Number One new Link for "Application RECEIVED" " We received your application on 10 Feb 2011 " .
So my question is that as you said that CIO will use OLD file number & will not issue new ? But in my Old file number Address is of my consultant ? If i am not wrong then At the time of PER they will give us New File number . What do you think on it ????

Hi Mayank,

Yes, AFAIK CIC will have just 1 file number for a person, irrespective of the number and type of applications he/she initiates. So, i'm fairly sure your application number will remain the same. May be they will use your address as mentioned in your latest application for correspondence on your latest application. You may still get a new E00 number, in case your earlier number was B05XX.

When the new application's status shows received, i guess it's past the completeness check now.

I filed my application under category 1122 through an agency.As per them it was submitted on Nov 3rd, 2010. In a tracker i could see applications filed after 28th october 2010 has been rejected as the 1000 cap was reached.

Just now check the e-case status and found that my status has been changed and it seems that VO started the processing. Though medical bug is there.

Obviously singapore VO has started working on your file and will send you a letter soon asking for medicals congratulations. I understand that your e-cas is showing In process now. My question is, when did your ecas show (( Received by visa office )), is it just yerterday ?? or a while ago ??

Hi i have the same problem, emailed them couple of times, still no changes - "not recognized", my PER was received on 24 Jan 2010. and CIO office has adviced that "...there is no adverse on your file".

Is your COB different from your country of residence and VO?

I start thinking by looking at other people who have same problem - it might be an issue.

we sail in the same boat.
I applied immigration for canada on 2004 by using immigration consultant.I re applied again on feb 2011.
After reading your post i checked my application status by using my old file number.
To my surprise it shows status of my new as well as old application.
Application received on 3 feb 2011 for new application however i dont know the status of my BD
In process for old application.
My address has been up dated .it shows my residential address now.

SHYAM: it sounds as if you should seriously question your consultant and possibly make an enquiry to CIO about your application. It may have been returned if your dates are correct. CIO keeps a record of the names of all applicants whose packages have been returned. Good Luck.

Your name sounds that you are from India...... Your agency IS taking you for a ride...... 1122 NOC got filled by 28th Oct ..... May be they accepted even the last applicant for 28th Oct 2010!!! Moreover, your application reached quite late .... sorry dear. :'(
Don't believe your consultant blindly...... you can get all the consultation free of cost HERE........ Pippin suggested you correctly....All the Best....

Hi there,

are there anyone who had received PER from CIC Sydney more than a week ago and still getting 'your credentials can not be recognized' when trying to check the app. status?

We enter the Immigration File # ( E00********* ) or Client ID ( UCI ) , tried with dash after first 4 digits and without, then fill out all the other fields (name, dob, cob etc) still... CIC website does not recognize the application by data entered.

Could PER be emailed in error without file actually existing? Or are there technical issues ?
How many of you had PER received more than a week ago and gets 'credentials not recognized' response on cic.ca case tracking site?

Please kindly share your experiences.

Same thing with me! Tried all the different ways. There is a theory among us, that if you have originated from post-USSr country, you will not be able to check your e-cas.

Are you from post-Soviet country?

Sorry Shyam, but that is exactly what it sounded like to me as well. Ask to see the courier tracking number and information. Tell your consultant the date on which your NOC was capped. Have your facts in order before your contact him/her and don't let them wriggle out of answering your questions to your satisfaction. All the best.
