;D

My ecas changed again yesterday.from IN PROCESS to CIO ER COMPLETE. When I go in further it says- "We received your application for permanent residence on October 6, 2010.

Medical results have been received.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on January 7, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us."

Yep, I seem to have a similar update as well, status says 'Received by VO' just like it was before but there is an addition:

"We received your application for permanent residence on September 7, 2010.

Medical results have been received.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on January 5, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us."

The medical BUG is clearly still there but the update now also mentions the date of when the PER was sent out. Strangely, it does not mention the dates of the 2nd AORs as is seen in Engy's post.

Wonder whats going on now??!!! :-\

hey does that mean u received PER? congrats and can u clarify which date of november did u apply?
I am also november applicant waiting for PER within a day or two.
Thanks.

I am sure it is a pre June formate
@ Engy
That is my opinion too, because nothing in this makes sense and also it's so different from the Manila VO AOR which I think is the correct format ,but do you think they are going to correct it or what, as we want to know the exact timeline. I wonder why would they make such a mistake , don't they know that it should be different .Maybe we should consider asking them again as you did last time when they sent you the AOR with the 120 days and document request.
Thanks
