Actually I am expecting most of the 2nd AORs + medical requests to be a bit askew with regards dates they are

I totally agree to your own explaination and I see it thorough and logical. It will take time to see all visa offices processing with no exception and I believe that this random processing will end up with very small time diferences in finalising cases from A to z.

I would have to say too that the reason this thread is successful is due to active participation from a group of people who share their inputs on open and analytical bases even if it proves to be incorrect some little times :) Another reason will be the prompt update of each and every single move from all to all :)

I wish you aaaaaaaaaaaaaalll be in canada before the next snow fall in canads D:

As you already got 1st AOR. So what is the current status of e-cas ? If it is already at VO then better to first to do Case spefi. query to VO & do what they say.

Yes, you will have 364 possibilites assuming you have already tried one and it doesnt work. Best of luck with it. :D

:). I believe there's more than that. I already wrote CIO about not being able to log-in. Somebody else needs to fix the mistake. If there is one.

Dont know when this Med request bug will vanish :-\

To update you all as well with my e-cas status :

My status changed yesterday from Recieved by visa office to IN process " we reieved your application on the 10th of september 2010 and medical results have been recieved " which is totally tingling any intact thought process

E-cas says In-process - medicals recieved.

Thanks for your help

Dear Friends,
I have a question to ask. I am a visiting doctor. I visit many hospitals and get paid for visits and procedures that I carry out. However I am not on a fixed salary and do not have any fixed number of hours at any hospital. My reference letters from the hospitals I visit state the same.
While reading cic website, I came across some information that the work experience must be full time work experience which should be 37.5 hours per week.
My question is,
Though I work 50 hours a week, my reference letters sent along with application do not state my average working hours. I hope it is not going to cause problems to me. If it may, what can I do about it now. Of course if I need, I can always ask hospitals I visit to issue me a new Reference letter stating the average number of hours spent at work.
Please respond.
Thanks

Even if the ecas says something like reached the visa office, I don't think thats reliable enough reason to take action..cos when CIO sends 1st AOR, the file will take time to reach VO and by no means it will be in the respective VO.

Hi Royalman,

I work part time in two agencies and I included average # of hours for both in my ref. letters, but then I included my paystubs as the attachment to prove it. My logic is the more the better, so if you can include average # of hours on your reference letters and then back it up with paystubs I think that should be sufficient. At least that is what i did...It could be a lot of papers, but better safe then sorry ;)

Hope this helps!

Information” form for yourself and your spouse.

By the way,I have the same issue and want to ask if your VO responded you before 2nd AOR.
Please Give me clue.I am still waiting for 2nd AOR from VO before I send documents of my new born baby.Am I right ?

Hi all.

Please note I am producing a "VO Summary" sheet on our Speadsheet workbook which will dynamically summarise how many apps we have for each visa office, how many PERs, how many med requests, 2nd AORs etc.

It is a work in progress so please don't tinker with the formulae whilst I'm in the middle of doing it! :)

Cheers,
Wayne.

Hey Wayne,
From 4 days ago my ecase changed from application received by Sydney to in process....do u think it means they are checking my file now ?? If I will be rejected how I could know this ...they will send an email?
Best Luck,

Hi dear friend thank you for being so strict.i didn't notice it at all ;D yes VO replied me before sending the second AOR and 14days after I informed them of the case. in their reply they mentioned Both E000 and B00 nubmers that show: from the first all the applicants are issued these two nos although may be they are not exactly informed. my Ecas status is now In process again and I ask the spread sheet authors to update it again
