I have been diagnosed with bronchial spasm and the doctor prescribed me to use an inhaler for a month or so. Is it any concern for my medicals?
Thanks
I believe it's not a concern for them. They care about "Tuberculosis" since it is a contagious disease.
Dont worry :)

Status has been changed to "In Process" from "CIO Eligibility Review Complete"
It says - "We received your application for permanent residence on October 7, 2010. Medical results have been received."
Does it mean that VO received my application? Oh.. my intended destination is Edmonton, Alberta.
One more quick question, the bank letter i had provided to CIO - it now has lower amount of money than previously stated on the letter; however more than what is needed according to the requirements. Will that be an issue now? I have invested some of that money for some cause. Do you think VO reverify the amount with the bank at this stage?
Thanks for your help.

About the POF, they are only concerned about the minimal requirement for the POF. As long as the minimal amount required is there in place, you are good to go :)

Thanks,

Indira Prabhakaran.

Aye. Their main concern is long-term contagious diseases, and anything which will put excessive drain on your access to the health service.

Most people will have small ailments as a result of the medicals and they expect this. But also the vast majority of people, at all ages and walks of life, do pass the medical fine.

Hi everyone, today me and my family underwent medical examination. One step closer to visa issuance!

I would also like to add that the together with the Medical Request, we are required to submit PCCs (I did not include them in my application package) and Payment of Right of Permanent Residence fees (RPRF). Manila applicants may have forgotten to inform you because of our excitement.
Good day!

Dear ladyk, did they mention anything about the expiry of the PCC's?

Application No.: E00
Iam waiting for the next step. I wish it will go smoothly.

please give us details about your
1.NOC
2.VISA OFFICE
3.PCC included/not included

One of my known persons who got his PER in 2nd week of December has got his 2nd AOR in the 1st week of Feb...through email and very strangely he has got the same file number that he got back in December starting from B :-X Though he subitted his PCCs with the initial application so there is no mention of anything in his communication not even the Med request.

Here on the forum, we see couple of applicants (from India itself) and atleast one of them (Raj) is talking about the snail mail that he has rec'd from ND VO.

So I guess there is no specified book rule that VOs are following on their mode of communication.
