Hey Rupal.. don't be sad... :) we did read your post.. it's just that I wasn't sure what to exactly to answer you..
Anyway, I had a look at the site.. & from what I understood it's actually funded by the CIC

"the Government of Canada funded the Association of Canadian Community Colleges (ACCC) to develop and implement the Canadian Immigrant Integration Program (CIIP) which prepares newcomers for economic integration while still in their country of origin. Launched as a pilot project in 2007, CIIP is now a three-year program (2010-2013) that is funded by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC)."

In our PER, it is also stated that: "The Government of Canada funds free in-person labour market orientation sessions through the Canadian Immigrant Integration Program (CIIP) in a variety of locations. You can consult the CIIP website (www.newcomersuccess.ca) for additional information"
which we might say that CIC recommends it (if not, why then are they funding it?)

Anyway, I think that I will probably try to register with them.. :)

Wayne, you are such a sweet & helpful guy, but sometimes you get tensed for an unusual reason.. that must be because you work so hard on helping everyone & you are doing such a great job in your site.. :).

Please dear share your valuable views with us on this topic..
and of course anyone else who could help as well.. :)

Love you my fellow Canadian citizens.Soon isA (by god's will) ;D.. hope even sooner than we all expect..
I pray CIC surprises us this time, but in our favor :)

Thank you v much for your response

Hello all!

Any news from Buffalo applicants? My ECAS still just says "In Process", seems like London is more on the ball with the ECAS stuff!

I think/hope "In Process" comes after "Application received", "CIO ER complate" and "received by VO", which is good for you. I'm keeping a close eye on post-June Buffalo applicant in the forum.

From what I see in other forums "pre-june applicant", the progress is extremely slow, I hope we will not be the last one to receive the MR in the forum.

NEW RULES IN THE SUMMER

proposed changes to FSW,

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/consultations/fswp/adjustements.asp
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/consultations/fswp/part2.asp

Age playing an important factor alongwith IELTS

Just need some clarification from New Delhi "in process" applicants; does any have this line in their ecas status "we have reviewed your appln and started processing on (per date)"?

Please reply so that I can understand my situation better. I have very strong feeling that ND continues to count 120 days from the date I recd my PER. I had mentioned it earlier as well about nd goof up.

Thanks

There is capped limit of 1000 people per category but still after passage of 6 months very few pople have applied for following categories

811 Primary Production Managers (except Agriculture) 77
3215 Medical Radiation Technologists 28
3222 Dental Hygienists and Dental Therapists 12
3233 Licensed Practical Nurses 76
4151 Psychologists 88
6241 Chefs 67
7215 Contractors and Supervisors, Carpentry Trades 65
7241 Electricians (except Industrial and Power System) 91
7242 Industrial Electricians 105
7251 Plumbers 28
7265 Welders and Related Machine Operators 32
7312 Heavy-Duty Equipment Mechanics 28
7371 Crane Operators 2
7372 Drillers and Blasters – Surface Mining, Quarrying and Construction 9
8222 Supervisors, Oil and Gas Drilling and Service 46

It clearly showing that people are feeling difficulties in applying for immigration, therefore Canadians authorities should make changes and relaxations in their immigration process,at present it is simply impossible for a person to apply for immigration who is not having any relative in Canada.
Even a person having Master Degree,IELTS 7.0 SCORE,Experience of 20 years, even then he will need score 0f 5 points due to his relative for compliance of 67 marks.
Now after new changes it will be totally impossible for any one to apply for immigration.

Re: NEW RULES IN THE SUMMER

On one side there is news that 280,000 peoples have migrated to Canada in 2010, while we are observing that in last 07 Months only 7000 people have applied for immigration. Is there any other hidden door for immigration or such news are just fake and fabricated news.

When I access the above mentioned site it says my application has been received and mentions nothing more, whereas I have received my PER. Can anyone tell me why ?

Any prposed changes if approved will affect the prospective applicant, once you applied you will evaluated against your current rules and factors of selection Right??

True, even if rules are approved it won't affect on current application
