Hello all!

Any news from Buffalo applicants? My ECAS still just says "In Process", seems like London is more on the ball with the ECAS stuff!

My understanding/belief is that the PCC need to be less than 3 months old on the date your application is received at CIO, but are actually valid for 12 months. At the VO stage, if there is an issue with your security check, or queries about the validity of your application, the VO can request new PCCs.

My 2 cents, hope it doesn't confuse things.

Thanks Olga. I never submitted PCCs along with my application to the CIO since at the time of the application Buffalo's checklist clearly said not to send them to CIO. My situation is therefore frustrating since Buffalo is one of the slowest offices and I can never tell when they will request the PCCs.
