Guys, I've updated the tracker with all requested changes as of now. I request all of you to please go through the tracker and ensure your details are up to date. There are lots of missing info in the tracker, and it's difficult to ask about that to every one of you. I encourage you to please give any missing info to me, so the tracker serves it's purpose

BTW congrats to all of us for building such a great group out here, and of course thanks to FMA for having started this one I'm already excited to meet every one of us in Canada, before end of this year

Don't worry! I got the E00 number only. All later applicants only have the E00 number. We guess at least 1 batch of applications have reached the VOs, but unsure of the dates

Which brings us to another point - can admins please take extra care to get the username right when adding new people onto the spreadsheet? I suggest actually cut+paste the name from forum, rather than manually typing, to avoid any typos/errors. This will make accurately auditing the sheet a lot easier.

The criteria for IELTS & all other Tests for English & French now have a validity of 2 years at the time of submission of application to CIO, Sydney.

Check this (under Official language testing):

Whether this applies to applicants who are submitting full documents at Visa Office (pre-26 June applicants) is not known.

Hmm. CIO as part of the completeness check merely check you have included the documents. They won't check the document for authenticity. Since things like contracts, work experience letters, degree transcripts etc vary from country to country they will IMO rely on the local knowledge of the visa office when ascertaining the authenticity of the documents.

Which is why on such background checks, visa office may ask to see original documents, or ask for further documentation.
