One of the members here used a fax number to sort out a different issue that he had.......I think it was Advance123 but I am not sure.......he was fron Buffalo VO.......so u can narrow down ur man from spreadsheet....u can search some old posts n u'll know..........then u can send a concise one pager explaining ur situation with ur application details and hope for the best.......gud luck !!!
Whoever used the fax route, please post to help this applicant......

That was CanadaJimmy I wouldn't recommend faxing, as he doesn't have a file number yet. Calling is the best way

I had detailed my story earlier also but got very few replies.
I need help this time please guide.
I had sent my application on 19th in NOC 3131.I am an indian living in Germany.So sent from germany.I used credit card as my mode of payment because my bank did not understand what bank draft is.

Unfortunately on 22nd my purse got stolen which had my creditcard.so credit card was stopped immediately.


So on 24th I sent a new payment form with details of my wife credit card(only form) with my details of DOB so that they can relate it with my application and widpolice report.
On 27th I wrote email to them. I got reply of that mail from them on 7th that my application has been returned on 1st Feb because my credit card declined.
Then I checked with my wifes bank for detail of transaction from her credit card.They took money from her credit card.So they took our fees also.

Now I have contacted them again to clarify my situation because on the one hand they are saying that they returned my application and on the other hand they took fees with my wifes credit card.

I am very tense as my CAP 3131 is also nearing its capacity.
If the application is returned how long will it take to reach me please guide.
Is there any way to reach these CIO people...........

Sorry for the unfortunate circumstances... Your message is a little confusing because you give dates but don't mention months. But if I understood correctly, you sent a new payment form on the 24th (Of January I assume) and they told you later that your application was sent back on the 1st of Feb.

Do you know when the payment form was actually received at CIO?
When was your wife's credit card charged?

From what you have written I believe you were lucky and your payment form got to CIO before they sent back your application. CIO would not charge your card if your application was no longer there, this is my opinion. This, of course needs to be checked, the Fax number for CIO is (902) 270-3561... CanadaJimmy, could you please confirm if this is the correct number?...

I think you have to reach them and argue this problem...But I think you can catch the cap, because they had took fees from your card, so ,they have your record.

Actually, i meet the problem too...my credit card had been locked after I send my appliacation. But you can call the bank, and apply "go through one more time". You can tell the bank that you will have a 1100$ expecting transfer from CIO. If you apply this service your card just can used one more time, and then, locked for ever...my bank is BOA(bank of america)...but unfortunely, my appliaction retured also...because of the credit line...

The appliaction retured may took you 1~2 months.

Please stop spamming the same post more than once. It won't make people reply to you quicker.

As for your predicament, I think you need to phone CIC. If they took your payment this comes after completeness check and therefore your application should fall within the cap. I would approach them with the notion that since they took your payment, returning the original application to you was there error.

Regrettably it is likely to take up to 3 months for the application to be returned. I would phone them as soon as possible since it may not have actually left CIC yet and they may be able to sort this out before they physically mail the application back.

Dear Physiocraze, Uncertain, Grasshopper, Positive, Satishman and all other New Delhi Applicants who have received their PER around 23rd and 24th Nov. I can see from the spreadsheet that the ecas status for all of us has not changed and continues to show "In Process". We have been one of the early birds as far as PERs' are concerned.

I can also see Bindu and Rajchandigarh have received their PER's after we have received and that their ecas status has changed to "Received by VO"

Wonder What to understand. I am sure if someone who received his PER on 11th Jan and his ecas status shows "received by VO", New Delhi then even our file should have reached the VO unless we r missing out on something.

Can someone throw some light on it

Anyway one it is changed to 'Received by VO' then also looks like it is pushed back from 'In Process' status to 'Received by VO' which is two stages back, untill the VO sends a Medical request.

I have noticed recently few people status have changed from 'In-process' to ' Received by VO'.

Have any one got:

1. any communication from VO ?
2. Which VO ?
3. Contents ?
4. through email, normal post ?
