Hey SIMIARUN

Please don't take this message as a dampener. First of all - You believed a consultant ...that too WWICS.... OKl, I can understand till this point. AND the application got rejected..... though WWICS . :o :o.... so surprising as they claim their consultancy to be fool proof ..... :o :o ... How come they missed the BC issue....

On the top you still went ahead with them ...... WWICS - Wadde Wadde International Chor Saale ..... Sorry, my rant is over now. I (and scores of people like me) had a very horrible experience with them.

Be after WWICS for every query..... make them realize that YOU have paid them.... and not asking these services for free... You require your Immigration File # (generated by CIO - starting with B or E; & not the file # provided by WWICS) to know your e-cas status.

Cheers, Anil

If that does not work and issues persist, write to the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants ... they may not be able to help your case with the CIO but they can certainly make these guys return your money.

Thank you Anil. I will try for more information from them.

Regards
Simi Arun

Dear all,
We submitted our application through wwics in August 2011, but it was rejected due to the lack of birth certificate. We again sent the application on Dec 13 th with an affidavit through wwics. We know only the date of sending and our DD was encashed on 23rd dec. Any way to know the e-cas status? Please help...

this is another example for their (WWICS) sloppy work....my friend's application was rejected too...as per WWICS calculation he had 67 points....n they didnt tell him that including the spouse name and education details could get him more points....finally CIO gave him only 65 points and rejected his application...he later re-applied along with the spouse details and now has sent his passport for stamping :)...

he made sure wwics dint charge him xtra for the re-appeal :).......check with WWICS office if they have recived any AOR ?

Really sorry to hear bad news Westwards :(

Anyway all is not lost. There is still a chance that 1122 will be on the list next year, and even if it is not you can still explore FSW2 with job offer, or provincial nomination.

If your Aunt is resident in Canada can she not sponsor you via the Family Sponsorship route?

Wayne.

Thanks for the support Wayne..

My aunt is a Canadian citizen and lives in Ontario.. To the best of my knowledge Ontario PNP, unlike Alberta or Saskatchewan PNP, doesn't have any family sponsor category for Other relatives..

My best hope is if 1122 survives in the new 2011 list and I can apply again with my Aunt's docs.. or Quebec seems another option.. I know little French as it was my third language in school.. I will have to sit for TEF certification and atleast gain beginner level score and apply for Quebec CSQ.. My technical diploma fortunately comes under Quebec's shortage list category as in Quebec they evaluate one's profile based on tertiary education (mostly technical trades) and moreover the CIO has approved my diploma( got 22 points for education).

FSW2 seems very difficult and is costly..
Any advise ..

Ohhhh westwards.... I was looking ahead for your PER...... I am really sorry ....
But as Wayne said... there is lot more to go.... Don't worry, try for other avenues. There are lot many other ways to be a Canadian PR. I pray that this NOC remains for next year also. All the Best bhai....

Hi everybody

Need some help. After some advice from Katyspring I decided to call the CIO to see if I would be able to obtain my Client ID so that I could try to check my status on ECAS. However when I call through to the number it advises me that the menu options have changed and when you select the option relating to emigration it gives you a contact number if you are in Canada and tells you to look at their website if you are outside Canada and hangs up!

Is anybody else having problems getting through to the Call Centre? I called on 001 613 944 4000? I also checked the CIC webpage and it advises the same thing, if your in Canada call a certain number for the Call Centre otherwise it advises of the following - by contacting the Canadian embassy, high commission or consulate serving your region, if you live outside of Canada.

Looks like I am destined to not find out what is happening with my status :(

Many Thanks

Highlander

When I checked my eCAS yesterday, it was "In Process". Just checked it now and its "Received by Visa Office". According to the diagram explaining the steps in the application process posted on the CIC site it would seem they are taking us backwards rather than moving forward. In that diagram the next stage after "In Process" should have been "Decision Made".

Morning everyone.

I have an observation or comment!

I just saw my status and it says "Received by Visa Office" instead of "In Process"

These are the steps..................., if you see "In process" is after "Received by Visa Office"

The details also cannot be right. I believe he must have applied fairly early. With a B0573 number (ours is B0579) I don't see a February applicant being issued an earlier number in the series. Nobody gets a PER one day after encashment! :)

I am sure we just must have got a few of the dates wrong somewhere.

Wayne.

Now comes the interesting part.... about Michael.... I can interpret only 2 possible things ...

(1) The person is a crazy dude or some crooked consultant with an intention of getting into the thread and sources attached to that ...... Just for his own (unknown) not so good reasons ...
(2) The guy may be a genuine one....... YES.... I was on the chat ...... including Amr and Temasek. The fellow confirmed that he has good connections in UN and with diplomatic authority he is getting everything done under real Fast Track (rather Super Fast!!!). He is a specialist physician for the UN members / diplomats. (if the guy is just making up a story .... see srl. # 1... :D). This guy has been promised a PR with in 3 months... :o :o .... How true don't know..... He also confirmed that present process will be real fast from mid Feb. There are not many people working in CIO ..... but whoever is there, they are working quite hard. .......... 8) 8)...

Cheers, Anil

My file number starts with E00. I can't retrieve my status as I'm still having troubles logging into ecas. Hopefully after Sunday's maintenance everything will get clear.

Hi...My application sent by my consultant last week of September 2010. Documents and payment received by CIC on October 5, 2010. My PER has been received by agency on February 6, 2011. A letter with file number starting E000 dated February 2, 2011. Visa Office is London. Please update...

I have an important question. This is my second application as my first one was denied because of late submission of my IELTS report. The proof of funds was forwarded together with my documents last week of September. Last November I opened a new bank account intended for my proof of funds and transfered the money to the new account as I did not had anymore transaction with the old one due to high charges. I am afraid that when London VO will do the background checking they might find out that my old account is empty and they do not know that I have a new one. Do I need to inform my agent that they have to do a writing to London VO regarding my new bank account? Because according to the letter I received from CIC we should inform for any changes such as address, email add and etc..but, I am not sure if a change in bank account is included. I do not want to make mistake with my application as I have already my first file number. You can send me a private email at marytess0906 @ yahoo.com.

Please enlighten. Thank you guys for a big help.
