... How come they missed the BC issue....
On the top you still went ahead with them ...... WWICS - Wadde Wadde International Chor Saale ..... Sorry, my rant is over now. I (and scores of people like me) had a very horrible experience with them.
Be after WWICS for every query..... make them realize that YOU have paid them.... and not asking these services for free... You require your Immigration File # (generated by CIO - starting with B or E; & not the file # provided by WWICS) to know your e-cas status.

If that does not work and issues persist, write to the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants ... they may not be able to help your case with the CIO but they can certainly make these guys return your money.
