Okay I am really confused about PCCs after reading different comments on this thread. From my understanding, those who did not submit PCCs with their initial application to CIO will be requested to do so by their VO. : True.

I thought the three months requirement no longer stands (that the PCCs have to be no older than three months before they are submitted). What is the latest update on the validity of PCCs? Your insights are much appreciated. : Three months requirement is there.

just a thought: and have no further concerns in the other statutory requirements can also refer to the nbi clearance, which is the police clearance to others. :)

Bingo, I think you hit the nail perfectly there. There are still Police Certs and medical reports to review, so they have to have a caveat to cover this and so this statement in red above means exactly that.

Congrates, Nursemich.
but, did they mention in your letter -Embassy of Canada, Manila or Canadian High Commission (CHC), Manila in the bottom.
Can you explain a bit.
Wish you all the best as a first applicant to have a medical request.

First congratulations to all PER and 2AOR receivers and wish the best for those who are yet anticipating it. I believe E cas has been so mixed till today and now they have begun to update with correct status although still they are back from the CIO procedure. but as it seems the steps of immigration process are exactly in the respected manner written in the guideline of status, means: 1-application received at CIO 2-eligibility review at CIo 3-received by visa office 4-visa office eligibility review then the application would be inprocess and then we will receive medical requests and all the rest are done respectively .I believe E-Cas had put inprocess for all those complete applications and just now has begun to correct it.they are playing try and error as it seems :) ??? ???

Dear basmalahh,

We almost share the same time-lines, even I had sent email to CIO for asking the status in the first week of December where I got reply in couple of days with the Paper file no. starting with "B********". However, I'm not able to see my e-cas status with the same number.

I'm trying to be positive & hoping for some communication by Monday.

Cheers!Raj.

Don't worry Raj, you will get yours soon.. Just go check your email :)

What's after a D ?
What's after a Q?

Can you guess it now? ;D

I am soooooooooooo happy & I love you alllllllll

Thank you all for the heartfelt congratulations. I wish that everyone here will also reach this stage as you can never say how happy are, more more than what PER has caused :)

Thank you cam for the "spaceship" :)

I want to settle in Sask, that is where nursing jobs are booming currently :)

I have received the email from the same email where I received my 2nd AOR, I haven't replied yet, I guess its not needed. I'll reply with my medical results, nbi and PR fee :)

Thank you all :)

best of luck nursemich for the remaining procedure! :)

Congratulations nursemich.
Check the list of Approved Practitioners - you probably know this, but for other readers, the medical must be done by one of the Approved Practitioners who are on the Visa Office list.
Not any doctor will do. So, get it booked and you might be the first with a PR!
How long have you got to submit the Police checks and med results? Did they give you a deadline?
