Hi All,

This has been a very bad day for me. I just got an email from CIC that my application was returned with all its attachments since it was deemed incomplete. They send it last Sept. 29, 2010 but until now I haven't receive the docs yet. They didn't specifiy also why it is incomplete. The email comes from the FSW-Inquiry Client service Unit.

Questions: How long does it usually take to receive the docs sent from CIO? Will they state specifically the reason why it was returned? Shall I consider this a NER already?

Thanks.

i just checked .. even i am able to see my application status.. it says "In Process" the tricky part is that when i click on the "in process link".. it says
" We received your application for permanent residence on August 30, 2010.

Medical results have been received"

when the hell did i send medical results??? confusing

same for me. I wish it would be changed to "Medical request has been sent" ;D

sorry to hear that and it is almost taking 3 months to come to your mail address

sorry again i wish you could have it soon so you can send it again after editing the cause of the return

Can somebody tell me to what courier will they send my docs? Can I ask you guys a sample of a NER reply from CIO? At least I would know the content of it. Thanks.

You're right. At least I could have more time to review what are the lacking requirement. Why it took them so long to reply. I wouldn't even know the status if I did not send an email inquiry. Now, my NOC is already closed. What option do I have now. It's really very dispappointing.

Here's an excerpt from the email I've got.

Dear Sir: Please be advised that your application was returned with all attachments on 29 September 2010. It was deemed incomplete. We do not keep detailed records of each application returned so I am unable to provide more case specific details.

May I ask your help on how can I retrieve my complete applications? It contains very important & original docs which is very hard to produce when lost including my IELTS results.

same for me ;D ;D Medical results have been received"

Thanks Cur-Rozen for your help and +1 from me. Yes its really disappointment for me that no body from India replayed to my query . I hope some good member still help me out ... like Anil & many more...

Awaitng for reply..

Mayank

Sorry, I see that nobody from India is replaying to you and this is your second attempt, so I will try (though I don't know specification of education in India, it will be just a try).

In my country elementary school is till 4th grade (goes to the first box). Other years to the second box of High school - 8 years. 3 years of Bachelor and 2 years of Master goes to the third box - university (please check the description of distance courses wether its credits coincide with regular university periods and credits). And you have no years in trade school (it would be plumbers, chiefs, cooks etc.) Don't forget to write there N/A

Wish you good luck!

I used the client ID Number they gave to me when I inquired about my status thru email about a month ago.

I really don't know what it means.... I haven't received my PER and have not gone thru the medical stage yet.....
