I have never applied for PR in past. This is my first and the only application !!

Thank you Mani, that is a good sign. But I still don't think the Visa office at ND would have received your application after only one week that CIO issued you a PER... and nobody else has had their application received by any VO. Besides this, the letter you received speaks about a final eligibility review... this letter would have been sent to applicants of pre June 26... I truly think we have another mistake by the ND VO...

If it was me, I would write to CIO and would ask about the status of my application... Best of luck and I hope you have received your PER already...

What do they mean when they said that you have received a letter to submit a full package?
What dose it mean that your VO is the one who will give you a final eligibility decision?

You can request from the CIO to resend the PER to you again, as one of our friends did (i think made711), their reply will give us some clues.

Mani.. is seriously think that they are treating u as at pre june 26 applicant..
in the letter u posted they have written that u have been told to send the complete application packet to VO.. this doesnt make sense..
i would suggest you contact the VO and CIO..

i contacted both VO and CIO about that strange reply of Cairo VO last Thursday.No answer till now

Really thanks for your quick reply.

In fact, i'm seriously considering that matter. But i think i will send it by the mid of February. Because our applications should be received by the VO by that time, i guess.
I'll let you know if i'll send earlier.
