Hey Guys I have some news. I had enquired with the ND VO recently about my case and the reply i received was shocking. The have said that the email received by me from CIC on the 23rd of Nov mentions that all the documents has to be submitted to ND VO by 23rd of March 2011 (120 days). I am sure none of us have received any such request from CIC in their Original PER email.

I think all the guys who have been waiting to receive some news from VO should get active and follow up with their respective VO's else all of us hoping and congratulating each other would be in for a "RUDE SHOCK" as they will reject our application and treat the file as closed.

>:( >:( >:(
Hi always +ve, it seems something wrong with VO. They might be under impression that you are pre 26 june applicant and have received AOR from CIO on 23rd November. So asking you to submit all the documents within 120 days as per old rule.
Kindly cut copy paste PER e-mail received by you from CIO and forward the same to VO and tell them that you are not required to submit any documents to VO unless specifically asked by VO. :(

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone seeing any status on his online application status ?

Thanks

I do agree with Silent, enquire again..

I think you should forward the email you got from them with a copy of the CIO email to Jason Kenney's office directly, so they know about the ignorance of their own employees about the processing procedures and rules.

seniors may give a better view..ash

hey guys,
i have obviously applied after 26th june 2010. my application was recieved by cio on 9th aug and my PER was recieved by me on 23rd novemeber, like many others in this forum. obviously the second email which mentions about 2008 noc was never recieved by me. i only recieved the PER. secondly as per noc gazzete 2008, my occupation was not even listed. it is listed in post 26t june 2010 NOC and that is the reason i applied after 26th june 2010.

Yes but it still doesn't make any sense since you have already submitted your FULL application to Sydney NS! Why on earth have they asked for it to be sent to your VO again! This must be a mistake on their part.

I think we should all be calm, the letter to Always+ve, states that his/her application has been considered based on the Minister's instruction of November 2008(old rules). It is either there is a mix up in this applicants post, or maybe in the actual dates these letters were written.
