hi bindu.

i see from your profile that you have too applied for noc 1122. and you have applied on 23rd sept. i saw in the spreadsheet that someone who has applied on 15th sept have received PER on 7th jan. It means you might or shall i say you Will receive your PER within a week.

I wish best of luck to you and will pray you get PER within days....

sent complete docs to CIO sept 22, 2010 but haven't receive any feedback until now.. noc 1122.. what happened to our applications?

i suppose your PER (Positive Eligibility Review) is on the way. as for those whose application was received on 15th sept have got PER on 7th Jan.

hopefully the response from the CIO would be positive... crossing my fingers... will the PER usually be sent through mail (courier)?

I can see that your application reached CIO on 27th Sep. So going by the application received date you can expect to hear from them in ten days by email.

Guys:
Does any one get any feedback from VO after receiving the PER/AOR?
More than 1.5 months passed after receiving PER/AOR but no news from VO!!!!
I have send one email to Singapore VO to check the status of my applicaiton....but no news except the auto email confirmation :-[ :-[ :-[....

Moreover there is no info in the ECAS system as well :( :( :( :(. Does any one find his/her info in the system?

Regards//Fighter....

right, the docs sent was received sept. 27 thru the tracking details by the courier... will the reply be already a file number or just a feedback from them?

i am curious about Bank draft or any kind of payment and my question, just in case your application will be deny, thus it follow that your bank draft will not be encash?

As of now,I can not get any info about the status of my bank draft, but however,I am waiting with the reply from CIO about the status of my application.

Any ideas guys,thanks!

My dear friend,
I had tried to contact VO, but I did not get any proper replay like you got the one. Can you tell us thta wat kind of inquiry you sent to VO? so we can also try to connect our VO and lets compare our answer. I had also sent a mial to CIC and they said that they had sent our file to VO, but still there is no action from VO. So lets try to find out by comparing our answer that wat is going on
Thanks

Ok, here is my view on this.

Applications will be sent to Ottawa where a diplomatic courier will deliver them to the designated visa office. For obvious reasons they will wait until they have a decent sized batch and then send applications in bulk to the VO.

So I think it will probably take 3 or 4 weeks for the paper files to reach visa office. With all the delays from Christmas/New Year I think it's probable that the first applications with PERs on 23rd November onwards are only now just arriving at the visa office now. Jocelynandjuno contacted Taipei visa office a couple of times, the most recent just a few days ago, and they confirmed they had still not yet received the paper files.

So it's likely to be mid to end of January before most of our files arrive at the visa office.

Then what? Although some people seem to think we should get an AOR from the visa office, we have seen that not even pre-June 26 applications are getting visa office AORs at the moment. They seem to want to reduce correspondence to an absolute minimum, probably to allow them to make the biggest dent in their backlog as they can.

So what I think will happen is that our applications will be sent to whichever team or department deals with security/background checks, probably behind pre-June-26 applications at the same stage. However, visa offices have not had any new FSW1 applications for the past 6 months and this hopefully will have allowed them time to clear up much of the pre-June-26 backlog.

So I reckon the November/December PERs will go into "Process" February to March time, and for most people background checks take around 30 days unless you have lived in several countries or have held government positions etc.

So I think then next thing we will hear from visa office will be medical requests around the end of March/start of April. Some people may hear a bit before then for police certificates if they did not include them, or if VO require additional documents or information.

My 2 cents,
Wayne.
