Thanks to everyone here for all the warm wishes now that I have received my PER; but an even greater 'THANK YOU' for helping me stay sane through the waiting process. I'm sure if it weren't for this forum and all it's amazing members I'd be a raving lunatic with gigantic stomach ulcers for all the anxiety inducing lack of communication we've had to go through!!!

All the best to everyone waiting for their PERs and all the best to everyone waiting to hear from the VOs as well. It is such a relief to be sitting on the other side of the fence now. ;D

Pls update us on the date CIO received your app., your mode of payment and the date it was encashed according to your PER , and whether or not you sent your PCC along with initial app., so that our friends could update you on the spreadsheet.

Hi,

On my PER it was written that "Please inform the visa office of any changes in your application (e.g. birth or adoption of a child)". After sending my application my wife has given birth of a baby girl.

Now how can i communicate with the visa office regarding this change? Should i call them or send a letter by a courier or send an e-mail.
Does any one has any idea that what papers i need to submit now?
When to send the application fees for my child?
Do you think it will impact negatively on my application or will delay my process?

This is a very important change and you will not be able to complete your record of landing until you have filled in the extra forms for your child, so you need to inform them as soon as you can.

IMO the best thing is to email your visa office with your file number. They will reply and probably say the paper file has not been received yet but they may be able to send you whichever forms they require filling in.

Even if they haven't received the file yet they can still keep hold of any changes which will be applied when the file comes in.
