Iafaneh got a NER (Negative Eligibility Reniew) ....... One case till now..... you can view this in the tracker..2nd sheet..

Yeah Anil this is the only one till now who got his file back after encashment of the money

i didn't hear about any one else til now i don't think there will be alot because you can see the numbers and i even can recognize that there is no returned files for reason like the birth cert. or the visa office name like before i think they was very hard in the start and then after that they discovered that they will never get the number so they become more easier for the applicant

i wish all of us get there Visa And one day we all meet there

Please don't worry about your PER. If everything is well and good ... you will receive your PER with in next couple of days... may be today itself. I am in favor of en-cashment dates. So I feel that your BD must have been encashed somewhere around 16th Sept ......

Same goes to dear Wendy, Shacon and Rina ........ Keep cool ladies ...... your PER is on the way.

I will try to stay calm, but it is so hard for us now others after us are receiving theirs and we feel left behind.
Maybe it is Jan blues because my husband has returned to Canada only 4 days ago and it is hard to be without him and waiting for this vital news, too.
Congrats snowman and today may it bring joy for us who are waiting.

actulally the date of issuing is january the 4th. exact one months after yours.
my docement received by CIO on sep 10. and I knew that they encashed my money order on sep 22. but in PER letter they have mentioned that they encashed it on sep 16.

Do anybody's application returned after encashement?, any body do have idea how long it will take CIO to send the notificaiton of failure of
eligilibility test.

Is it your applications received by CIO on 9th September, or 10th September.
As b'coz you are showing with your name (in left side) is 10th Sept (App. filed & Doc Request), but in spreedsheet 9th Sept, which one is correct.
