hi to all seniors

i have some concerns hope u guys can help me:

1st time I have send my appplication to NS in the category of 1122 in july 2010 and they send me back in august with some highlighted requirement from the check list of London VO (which i dont know at that time)

2nd time i send all those highlighted requirement with my package in september 2010 and they return me again in october with some more highlighted from the same checklist of London VO

3rd time i send all their requirement again to NS in october and it was delivered there on 4 November and according my knowledge they cap of 1000 was apply on from 3 nov.

So, I am very confused because the 1 return application come to me in 30 days and 2 time they return to and i recieved in 22 days but this time its 50 days now and as i can see the cap reach on 3 nov and my application recieved there on 4 nov so more likely it has to be return but i have a very fear fact that this time i have send some originals i have no idea wht to do whether i take this delay as a positive sign or what i have to do plz advice

Hi Yawar,

It is indeed sad to hear this, I think the best option would be to send an email to ask them about the status of your application.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/canada/csu.asp

You can send your inquiry through this form, I hope this helps and I wish you all the best.

Wendy Dear,

We definitely pray for nothing but a 'PER' flying into your inbox! Oh ,the other one sounds crazy! :o ;D

Do you you know the email address from which the "PER" will arrive from? If so please sshare it

This is the email address from where the PERs are being received.

Hi,

Thank you very much for opening this thread and keeping it rolling, guys.

My Noc is 3152. I sent our aplication (me, husband and son) from Hong Kong to Sydney on September 15. 2010 (full package). I put Hong Kong as VO.

My credit card was charged on September 30. I waited for AOR for 10 weeks and, since I didn't get anything from them, I sent them an email on December 16, asking about the status of our application. They replied on December 21 saying "Your submission in under review by our office. You will be contacted in due course". Nothing about file number. I am anxious of course. Any ideas? Please help.

Don't worry..

Time before i have finally received my PER, i sent them an email to ask about my status and had the exact same reply without any file number or even client ID number. I think it is a standard reply. So just relax. Your time is coming soon. ;)

Well, it seems that CIO finally slowed down as we had expected. We were doing approximately 10 "application received" days per week, but this week we only covered 2 application received days...

Still believe we have three full business days left next week, so I'm hoping we cover Sept 7 & 8... and I certainly hope once Jan comes, they pick up the pace again... but naturally you can't take anything for granted.

Hope everyone is enjoying themselves, my wife and I are waiting for the children to go to sleep so we bring up their gifts from the basement to place them under the tree... Told my little one I was good friends with Santa, she looked at me with great skepticism and made me name all the reindeers... well, I passed that, but then she wanted the names of all the elves... who knows that??
