Congrates to everyone who have got their PER... :D
so, what's the 2nd step, waiting for communication from VO right?
I heard that VO will communicate by post not by email...is it true?

Hi Dr. Hasib,
Our friends who have already received PER are also waiting for further communication from VO. None from our thread are aware of further action i.e whether communication will be by post or by e-mail.
We can only come to know if someone who have received PER mails to their VO and ask for further action by mailing some information which was not included in their application.......

God! Why on earth would they not send an email too? It's just an acknowledgment? Also, what is it that they are waiting for? Again, the package is set to swim across the Atlantic? Why would it take more than 3 weeks for it to come from Canada to India?

Thanks,

Indira Prabhakaran.

Good news that your file has been transferred to ND VO.
That mean you need to wait for AOR.
Wishing you a good time.

Good luck Satish.

Thanks SatishMan for your reply. So as per reply from VO delhi, after receiving file they will send acknowledgement letter through post. Hmmmmmmm. ::) May be then they will start process like BC, ask for PCC if not included and then Medical........... it's going to take long time.........Why can't they sent e-mail and ask for PCC. Hence in that way they can cut down time.............

One thing we can be sure of with this reply is, the CIO actually transfers the files or at least send them out on the day of the PER. So, i would say, it's safe to start collecting PCCs immediately after the PER, so they will be handy when the VO asks for it, and we may save a lot of time before the Visa here :)

Thanks,

Indira Prabhakaran.

Thanks Indira, Hope Anil/Wayne will do that, once they are in this thread.
yeah it is better to collect PCC to save time (who got PER).

Hi Indira,
First we need to know how long file takes to reach from Canada to New Delhi. It will be clear when our friends of New delhi VO who have already received PER, gets acknowledgement.
Indira, do you have any idea of how long it takes to get PCC in our country?
Thanks.

Dear Indira,

Hey. Do you know when their holidays start and how many days is the office closed? I am asking about the CIO of course. I am waiting them to reply my query and I wanna know how many days are left and if should I send them another email or not. Sounds sadly funny, seems that I am looking forward to an acknowledgemwnt letter of non-receipt.
