Wayne.
No Wayne!! I can not be a red one.
You can not see my eyes on this thread.
My name mentioned in spreadsheet arash, but it will be Arasah.
Actually, I requested you earlier when it was posted, to make it correct.
Anyway, may be this is the reason to be red.
Keep it up......

Thanks once again for your kind efforts in this thread.

Congratulations to those of you wo have got the PER.

Haven't understood how this CAP works, i remember 1122 reached 1000 around Oct 19th update from CIO. But i still see in the tracker that they are receiving and charging CC/BD even on Oct 25th. Canada0801 under 1122 his app was received on Oct 28 and CC charged on Nov 1. How do we explain this......this means we have to wait for the PER till we know we are in the CAP. But why would they continue to charge CC if the CAP is reached.

Can the experts Wayne and others help.

Thanks,

Hello thai:

Actually you have got your dates mixed up. NOC 1122 closed or reached 1000 on Nov 3rd. Canada0801 had his/her application in by 28th of Oct, and they charged his/her credit card a few days later on Nov 3rd, just like they did with everyone else.... This means Canada0801 was an extremely lucky person, as he/she was one of the last people in NOC 1122 to get under the cap. A look at the spreadsheet shows that two other people who also submitted their applications on Oct 28, from NOC1122, were never encashed.

Welcome to the thread,
Cam

Hi Guys, I applied for FSW as the principal applicant, however my wife is also qualified to be the principal applicant, should we submit another application using my spouse as the principal applicant?

congratulations ammaartahir!!! I already checked my email and as now no per yet..

Positive Eligibility Review. Prior to this, eligibility was determined by the local visa office, but it is now done by CIO. There never used to be any notification of passing the eligibility review, but now there is, and due to this, we have adopted the term PER to refer to the emails sent from CIO.

Only 1 person on 20 Dec 2010, got PER.
So, today tuesday. I hope will get more PER at least 10 PER, as bcoz of long Q in here.

Hi Thai – To add to Cam’s comments, even though CIC announced it in their website on the 3rd November, it is likely that the cap was reached sometime between 28th and 29th October; as we have one forumer whose application was delivered on the 29th and was subsequently returned with a note saying that the cap was already reached. Cheers

Congratulations Ammartahir! I wish you all the best with the rest of the process as well.

I really hope CIO picks up the pace a little and gives me a PER too this week. I'm hoping that they will reach Sept 9th applications before they close for the Christmas holidays.
