Hey Snowman: Welcome to the thread....you'll fit right in!! With no PERs yet, the Hot topic today (pardon the pun) seems to be the snow in Britain!!!
Our wonderful Techies will ask you for your NOC, application recieved date, CC or BankDraft - cashed date, Visa Office. Have I left anything out? I have no experience....as there has NEVER been an application FOUND at CIO to do it for!!! MOAN!

I didn't see your comment at that time. I provided the info for wayne. so now I'm in speadsheet. impatient to get the PER. but today I called CIO and asked about my file. A man told me it will took for 33 weeks to establish PER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! jokking????

Pay no attention to this 33 weeks business. They have been saying that to callers for a while and it has been proved to be not true at all.
Hey Wayne, could you add us to the tracker, please?
Here's the details;
Route - FSW Cat 2 (OH already there working on his TWP)
App received by CIO - 7th September 2010
Payment - BD but not able to check if cashed
Police checks - sent OH's from UK but not mine as spouse, as they were not required when we submitted app.

Congratulation ammaar and i'm praying for canady the whole day today

sorry for not showing on the thread busy fixing my mac

London, thanks.
Should have introduced myself - you know me from the other place. Catch the cat reference in the name, just it's a big cat this time! :)

Haha, you've finally decided to join us where the party is happening! Welcome :)

Hey, CJ!
Well after watching this forum for a while I thought I ought to get on and let others see our progress. (I held off because this forum posting and reading is taking over my life and I do have a responsible job to go to! What with that and Skyping Vancouver at the crack of dawn/ middle of he night UK time, I am shattered!)
Not that we have actually made any progress yet :( but we are hoping to hear any day, like Rina and wenstumped we are the 7th Sept apps.
OH is flying home on Christmas Eve, so to have PER by then would be a superb present and we could celebrate together rather than being apart.
Also it is my birthday the week after Christmas so it would be a very significant week for us if all this came together.

I hope you get your PER soon, as I have said previously, but I also hope your OH doesn't get stranded at an airport either side! Sounds like it's travel chaos in the UK right now...

Congratulations to those of you wo have got the PER.

Haven't understood how this CAP works, i remember 1122 reached 1000 around Oct 19th update from CIO. But i still see in the tracker that they are receiving and charging CC/BD even on Oct 25th. Canada0801 under 1122 his app was received on Oct 28 and CC charged on Nov 1. How do we explain this......this means we have to wait for the PER till we know we are in the CAP. But why would they continue to charge CC if the CAP is reached.

Can the experts Wayne and others help.

Thanks,
